Leeds United fans troll Paul Heckingbottom as Sheffield United are thrashed 5-0 by Leicester City in the first game without Chris Wilder.
The Whites have been watching on in delight at the expense of their former boss who is in temporary charge until the end of the season.
Heckingbottom had a brief and disappointing spell in charge at Elland Road back in 2018 before being replaced by current head coach Marcelo Bielsa.

Bielsa guided Leeds to promotion from the Championship and his team are currently sitting comfortably in 12th place in the Premier League table in their first season back in the top flight.
Meanwhile, the Blades are rock bottom and heading for relegation back to the Championship after an impressive 19/20 season, now 14 points from safety with only nine fixtures remaining.
The Blades finally announced the departure of manager Chris Wilder on Saturday evening, with the club’s under-23 coach Heckingbottom stepping up to replace him at the helm for the remainder of the 2020-21 campaign.
Though the ex-Barnsley and Hibs chief endured a nightmare start as Sheffield United began life post Wilder with a 5-0 thrashing against the Foxes at the King Power Stadium on Sunday.
Kelechi Iheanacho bagged a hat-trick, with Ayoze Perez finding the net and Ethan Ampadu producing an own goal from a Jamie Vardy cross.
Leeds fans however had little sympathy for Heckingbottom or the Blades, and it’s sure to make it interesting for when they face each other at Elland Road on the 3rd of April.

@scottlarsen_pi: Good news, can’t finish bottom now #lufc
@Simon_Flaneur: To be fair took Leeds about six weeks to convert to Bielsa ball. It’s only taken a couple of days for Heckinbottom to impose his style on the Blunts. @TheSquareBall #lufc
@LUKEE1995: Good old Heckingbottom! Done well there! Sheff U haven’t lost 5-0 under wilder, he comes in and shows him how it’s done! Heck ball worked a dream there! Hope Leeds send them down! #lufc #mot #ALAW
@Tonylufc28: Blades going down without a whimper….bloody heck 😂 #lufc
@KageyVision: Sheffield United got zero new manager bounce, this is an embarrassing performance #LEISHU It’s going to be a long day for them when they come to Elland Road #LUFC
@mattym2011: Paul Heckingbottom is only the third manager in Prem history to lose by 5+ goals in first match in charge 🤣🤣🤣🤣👏 #lufc
@LUFCManny: Still baffles me how we went from Heckingbottom to Bielsa! God help the Blunts, may the Lord have mercy on their souls!!
@DanLUFC_: Heckingbottom era well underway
@JB_NinetyTwo: Paul Heckingbottom is probably the worst manager Leeds have had in my lifetime and considering we’ve had Steve Evans and a guy who is now literally a PE teacher that’s some going, so I for one am shocked at this result #lufc
@LUFC_Brammers: Seeing Heckingbottom sad face has made my Sunday
@morleywhites: The Heckingbottom effect #lufc
@JamesLUFC: Fair play to Heckingbottom, he’s got Sheffield United playing in his style already.
@Si53806551: Paul Heckingbottom working his magic again @LUFC @SheffieldUnited
@worsnop_m: The Heckingbottom revolution is going well!! #lufc
@Fernaticalg: You have to feel for @SheffieldUnited at the moment, they need solid guidance and motivation and they look over to the touch line and see paul heckingbottom. What chance do they really have?
@bagguley_reece: Who would of thought Paul heckingbottom would manage in the premier league after his tenure at @LUFC!!!!
@_HopperLUFC: Stating the obvious here but Sheffield United should never have sacked Wilder. They look so, so dull now. Heckingbottom is a shocking manager
