We take a look at the latest new kits from Premier League and EFL clubs for the 2022/23 season, and majority of them have gone down well.
The 2021/22 campaign is over and done with, so now their attention can only turn to the next one, and with clubs still needing cash to boost their finances to make up for the last few seasons, now is the perfect time to release them to supporters, plus with the start date earlier than usual in mind.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve come across a variety of kits, some looking rather nice, though others haven’t proved popular, and then you have you just plain average bunch. Take a look at the latest collection to be launched below over the next few pages, you can have your say on them too via our polls for each one…
PETERBOROUGH HOME KIT
We are absolutely delighted to reveal the new Peterborough United home kit for the 2022-2023 campaign, which has been produced by our kit supplier PUMA.
We are also pleased to confirm the strip is now on sale in the Posh Club Shop and via our online store www.theposhonlinestore.com in a variety of sizes.
Made from 100% Recycled Polyester, the shirt is ethically sourced, fully traceable and responsibly produced. The shirt, which features the Mick George logo on the front as well as Princebuild at the top of the back, is a dynamic design and will be worn by the Posh squadfor the upcoming season.
The shorts are navy and feature the logo ‘Compare the Market’ following the continued partnership with city-based company BGL. The socks are white.
The adult home shirt, which is available in sizes from small right through to 4XL, is priced at £48, while the junior shirt, which is available from 5-6 years through to 13-15 years, is priced at £36.
The adult home shorts, which are available in sizes from small through 3XL, is priced at £24, while the junior shorts, which are in the same sizes, are priced at £20.
The socks are available in sizes from 9-12 through to 11-14 and then in adult sizes for £10. We are also pleased to confirm the home mini kit is available in sizes from 4-6 months through to 3-4 years priced at £38.
CARDIFF CITY HOME KIT
The 2022-23 Cardiff City home jersey is predominantly blue with tonal blue birds repeated across the front of the football shirt.
The thick collar is coloured white as is the New Balance logo on the right breast and the Malaysia Berjaya shirt sponsor.
On the left breast is the Cardiff City badge.
Blue shorts and socks complete the new Cardiff City home kit 2022-23.
QPR HOME KIT
The new QPR home kit comprises of a classic hooped, pure blue and white shirt with some additional touches – including the front of shirt sponsor Convivia logo transformed from gold into blue.
The away kit design reflects the home, but in a striking new colour combination of navy, claret and gold, with the additional touch of gold names and numbers sure to become an instant fan favourite.
The home and away shirts have been made using Errea’s state-of-the-art T-Energy fabric, which has antiviral and antibacterial properties along with Minusnine J1+ treatment which repels liquids and droplets.
As Errea doesn’t use petrochemical dyes in the sublimation process, the shirts are not only better for the health and wellbeing of the wearer, but also for the environment.
As a result, the T-Energy shirts offer the perfect combination of maximum performance and increased safety for all players and fans of QPR.
WYCOMBE KITS
The new home, away and goalkeeper kits for the 2022/23 campaign are here!
Wycombe Wanderers are delighted to share the first photos of the new strips to be worn by the Chairboys in the upcoming campaign, produced by the club’s official kit supplier, O’Neills.
The famous light and dark blue quarters are accompanied by a stylish white trim around the collar, sleeves and the base of the shorts, with the logos of sponsors Dreams, Origin and Cherry Red Records emblazoned across the front of shirt, rear of shirt and rear of shorts respectively.
A striking all-red away kit is also brand new this summer, adorned with the same white trims, while the gold kit from the 2021/22 campaign remains as a third-choice option.
Three brand-new goalkeeper kits come in colours of mardi gras (home), lemon (away) and orange (third), each carrying the same impressive design across the upper torso.
NOTT’M FOREST HOME KIT
Ahead of the much-anticipated return to the Premier League, Nottingham Forest has released its striking new Garibaldi red and white playing kit that The Reds will ‘Wear With Pride’ in the 2022/23 season.
Created by Technical Partners Macron and available to pre-order from later today, the history-making shirt is steeped in Nottingham Forest traditions with the design inspired by the ironworks pattern of the iconic Trent Bridge.
Known to football fans around the world, crossing Trent Bridge is a journey that has been made by hundreds of thousands of Forest fans dating back to the club’s move to the City Ground on 3 September 1898. The two-tone Trent Bridge pattern is featured on the red shirt sleeves and it is complemented, for the first time in 23 years, by Premier League badge.
ASTON VILLA HOME KIT
Villa’s 2022/23 Castore home kit merges our unrivalled legacy with technical innovation. Advanced engineering and cutting-edge fabrics deliver a high-performance jersey fit for the elite.

MAN UTD HOME KIT
Manchester United proudly launches the club’s home kit for the 2022/23 season. The iconic polo-collar design returns for the first time since 2015, when our latest partnership with adidas began.
With performance, comfort and the club’s heritage at the forefront of its design, the 2022/23 home shirt features a stylish patterned polo collar, which bears resemblance to some of the club’s most memorable kits throughout history.
It’s also a subtle nod to some of our former greats, whose unique style on and off the pitch made their kit their own.
WOLVES AWAY KIT
Wolves’ away kit for the 2022/23 season, inspired by the Molineux architecture, is now available to pre-order.
Bespoke designed by Castore, the teal and gold strip will see Wolves take a piece of Molineux with them on their travels across the new campaign.
The shirt’s design is inspired by the iconic girders and fixings of the Billy Wright Stand at Molineux and has produced an eye-catching finish for a fresh 2022/23 look.
Further inspiration came from the club’s popular away kit between 1996 and 1998, which was captured when Steve Bull celebrated the 17th and penultimate hat-trick of his Wolves career against Grimsby Town.
SUNDERLAND HOME KIT
Manufactured by Nike, the bespoke home shirt features a throwback take on the Lads’ traditional red and white stripes, with the kit echoing the one worn during the 2000-02 campaigns.
Stripes feature on the front and back of the shirt, which is paired with black shorts and red socks, and proudly displays the branding of the club’s new principal partner, Spreadex Sports.
Priced at £55 for adults and £45 for juniors, the shirt is now available online at www.safcstore.com.
BLACKPOOL HOME KIT
Blackpool Football Club is delighted to unveil the new home kit for the upcoming 2022/23 Sky Bet Championship campaign.
Modelled on a retro design from the 1980’s, the new kit has been brought into the modern day by PUMA with their Re-Tex Fabric material. The shirt features a ribbed collar and cuffs, and the iconic 1989 pattern with a modern design twist and premium technology for elite performance.
Home kits will be on sale from 10am tomorrow (Friday) in-store and online, with junior shirts priced at £35 and adult shirts at £50.
HARLTEPOOL HOME KIT
Hartlepool United are delighted to present the first of 3 new kits for the 2022/23 season. Our new home strip with a bespoke design unique only to Hartlepool United is brought to you in partnership with Italian Sportwear giants Errea and club partners Suit Direct (front of shirt) and Evolution Risk Management (Back Of Shirt), and Cornerstone (Back of Shorts).
