Manuel Lanzini scores a goal of the season contender to provide West Ham with stunning comeback, equalising to make it 3-3 against Tottenham.
The Argentine smashed a stoppage-time equaliser from 30 yards out to secure West Ham a point – from three goals down.
Spurs were cruising to victory after the first 15 minutes. However what the last 10 minutes of the game had to offer nobody could have predicted.
Substitute Lanzini pounced on a loose ball outside the box and thundered a brilliant shot that bounced off the underside of the bar and into the back of the net.

Harry Kane scored twice after Son Heung-min‘s opener, and Jose Mourinho even threw Gareth Bale on with the points seemingly in the bag.
But Fabio Balbuena snuck in a header before Davinson Sanchez’s own goal.
And the scoring was not over as Lanzini took aim from range with time seemingly up – pinging his effort into the top corner.
Jose Mourinho, speaking to Sky Sports: “Football. Of course I have to analyse the second half and have to do it internally, but for you I prefer to say football happened, and praise West Ham’s belief.
‘It is not easy to be losing 3-0 and be dominated, to keep the belief. I knew they are a different team to last season, but to lose an advantage of three goals is a big punishment and eventually deserved.
“I found already by analysing from touchline, some things are completely out of the context, once more an indirect free-kick, the own goal, the third is a free-kick and second ball, a rebound.
“The game was under control, we had Harry Kane to score the fourth when he hit the post, Gareth Bale to kill the game. The game was more to the fourth goal, but that’s football.
“Not deliberately, but the team was dropping, with (Harry) Winks we found balance again and was in control. It was exactly when we were in control that we conceded the first and their belief went up. My guys were not strong enough to cope with it psychologically. The last few seconds we lost two points.
“I told them to be aware of set-pieces against, which we knew they were very strong. David found in Soucek his new Fellaini. They fought very hard to be lucky, so I praise them.
“This is a game that was in the pocket and we lost two points.”
“Football happened.” ?

Spurs boss Jose Mourinho, speaking to BBC Sport: “Giving credit to West Ham and try not to analyse our responsibilities on this result. It is easy for me to praise West Ham. They were losing 3-0 for the majority of the game. The game was controlled, they didn’t have chances and then late in the game, they score and increased their belief. They were lucky but maybe they deserved that luck. We were unlucky but maybe we deserved that.
“Harry Kane hit the post. It could be 4-0. Bale can score the fourth and kill it. Out of context, based on free-kicks and and second balls, they found a style.
“We should be stronger. In the second half they risked quite a lot, pressing up and gave us more space. We should get an occasion to win the game.
“I don’t know if it was us inviting them or with them with the extra motivation of getting in the game. I cant identify us or them, maybe both.”
A lesson for players? “For the team, yes. For individuals, no.”
West Ham boss David Moyes, talking to BBC Sport: “Very good, it is one of these moments you don’t often get in football. At one point you’re saying how bad can this get. I hadn’t thought we played badly in the first half, that’s what I said at half time, sometimes you feel you have to do something – we didn’t, we made changes later on and they certainly made a big difference.
“The plan was not to go 4-0 down, we said if we got one we would see what happened. It is a growing confidence we have at West Ham at the moment, we missed some chances today.
“A really good performance from the players got us back into it. We thought we played really well, the football was good, we threatened them. We are playing against a team everyone is talking about and after 10 minutes I was thinking is this going to be six or seven, we changed and it made us better.
“I have just seen my celebration… David Pleat moment came to mind. I know someone else who has run and slid down the touchline, so I wasn’t going to copy that.
“You get a lot of downs in football when you are working hard and trying to attain the top level, so you have good moments but a lot of bad too. Today was a great moment.
“Since we came back from lockdown we’ve been a completely different team. We keep scoring goals, but need to get back to clean sheets.”

Stephen Warnock, ex-Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live: “Oh my word. What a strike. He just unleashes it from 20 yards out into the top corner. David Moyes ran on to the pitch Mourinho style pumping his fist in the air. No-one saw this coming.
“I can’t believe it because of the way Tottenham played in the first half and the way they dominated the first half of the second half as well.
“They were creating chances. Gareth Bale should have scored to put the game to bed.
“But West Ham’s resilience, the way they fought back and believed in what they were doing. It was a magnificent second half. I am lost for words.”
West Ham midfielder Declan Rice, speaking to Sky Sports: “It is one those special moments in football. Like it was meant to be. Not the start we wanted. But we felt like were playing good football. For some reason they dropped off us. Once we got one we felt we could get a draw. Moment of brilliance from Manu.
“Against a team like Spurs, 3-0 down you are thinking no more goals, close it off. But we were creating chances. Second one came right after the first. It was always gonna be a goal like that to get the draw.
“I cant imagine what it is like for Manu to score that. As soon as it has left his foot… you can see the reaction.”
Fans gave their reacted as Lanzini scores goal of the season contender to provide West Ham with stunning comeback…

This is truly the maddest @premierleague season. #WHUFC equalise at the death. 3-0 down, draw 3-3. Lanzini’s venomous 25-yarder. Moyes celebrating on the pitch. Subs everywhere. #THFC players slumped. All over. Bonkers match. #TOTWHU

3-0 down inside 16 minutes.
Still 3-0 down after 82 minutes with no striker on the pitch.
Ends 3-3 after a wondergoal from Lanzini.
West Ham United are still the reigning, undefeated, undisputed weirdest club in world football.
