James McClean riles up Barnsley fans with what he did after Wrexham’s 93rd minute winner on Tuesday night.
Ollie Rathbone had the home fans going wild, picking up the ball from O’Connell and drove up the pitch before sending the ball into the bottom corner from range.
As the players celebrated together, McClean made his way straight towards the away end, and began mocking them as seen in the videos below.
The Irishman had earlier in the game been given a yellow card in the 73rd minute after getting into a scuffle with Corey O’Keeffe, meaning McClean is now banned for picking up five yellows this season.
The result leaves Wrexham sitting 2nd in the League One table with 37 points from 18 games played, while Barnsley are 8th with 27 points from the same amount of games played.

Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson said post-match: “Ollie Rathbone capped off an outstanding performance with a great goal.
“We spoke to the lads before the game and we reiterated it to them at halftime that the type of game it was, it would just be a moment to separate the teams.
“We wanted to be the team that produced it, and we did that with an unbelievable goal.”
On Callum Burton, who was forced off through injury: “Callum won’t be fit for the weekend.
“It looks like a thigh strain, and we won’t know more until the scan comes in around lunchtime tomorrow.
“We’re really disappointed for Callum because he has been brilliant since he’s come into the side.
“I want to give a special mention to Mark; what a great example he has set for all of our young players and players that aren’t in the team.
“He’s trained well every day, he’s so professional and he has been preparing for the moment if it came, and it did. He took it brilliantly; his distribution was good, and he made one really good save.”
On James McClean and George Dobson both missing Saturday’s trip to Burton Albion having received their fifth booking for the season: “There’s opportunities for other players to come into the team. You look at someone like Lewis Brunt, he waited patiently and took his chance.
“Now they’ll be a couple of other opportunities for some other players. You never want to lose players through suspension, but everyone is ready for this run of games coming up.”
Barnsley boss Darrell Clarke said, per The Leader: “We didn’t look in danger of losing the game. I didn’t think we were as aggressive enough at getting forward.
“It was tightly contested, two good teams having a very competitive game. It looked like a 0-0 or a 1-0 to one team and we’re just disappointed with their goal – to score a 25-yarder that beats us with his weaker foot. It’s a real kick in the teeth but we can’t become victims.
“We dive in at the top end of the pitch, gets beaten too easily, then we haven’t covered the midfield area and we haven’t closed down the shot well enough, so from our perspective we’ve got to do a lot better, but it’s probably a one-in-50 shot that goes in from that range with a weaker foot.
“Sometimes things go like that for you in football, we have to make sure that we stay strong and stay together.”
