Jack Grealish apologises for his comment on Birmingham player’s post in support of Benik Afobe

Many fans backed up Jack Grealish after he apologised for posting a ‘feeling sick’ emoji in response to Dan Crowley, who dedicated his FA Cup goal against Blackburn to Afobe, whose two-year-old daughter Amora passed away, others however didn’t believe that his never saw the Birmingham player’s caption…

@KeepRightOn1990: To be fair to him, he knows Crowley and it was banter, he didn’t read the caption and apologised, should just delete the tweet now as it’s giving him bad press for no reason, and I’m a Blues fan, not nice to put shit on someones name. Even if he is Vile.

@Jon_Startin: Yeah because of course Jack would do that when his teammate Tyrone Mings said immediately after the death that Benik was a good friend of his. If you genuinely believe that’s the reason and not that he came through Villa’s academy then I’ve got some magic beans to sell you.

@MattFloyd79: Didn’t read the whole caption ?

@M91_rose: don’t worry jack, it’s just a couple of sad little noses who will try and do literally anything to bring you down ?

@jessica_emmie28: Most of us knew the meaning of the emoji. We were just pointing out the inappropriateness of its delivery. Please concentrate on your own issues villa fans. Appreciate the maturity of the apology.
