Isthmian League club Brentwood Town’s ground closed until further notice it has been revealed this morning due to an ongoing problem.
Brentwood, who currently sit in 18th position in the Isthmian League North, have had issues with the pitch and are now working on fixing it as soon as possible. Romford have been groundshare there too.

It’s been a bad week for the Blues, who saw manager Ryan O’Rawe and assistant manager Darren Blewett leave them earlier this week.
Home games for Brentwood and Romford, who have a groundsharing agreement this season, will be postponed or moved to neutral grounds until the pitch issues are resolved.
The club have since announced that former boss Adam Flanagan is back with them after being a joint manager at Dartford before leaving in September.
Flanagan told Brentwood’s website: “I am pleased to be back at Brentwood, where my managerial career started. I owe the club and the players I had a lot, as it was a great time and helped propel me forward on to having four seasons in the National League South.
“I met with Jez earlier this week and he detailed his plans for the club going forward, which are impressive and something I wanted to be a part of. I hope I can replicate the success I had before and fulfil the ambition that Jez and the club have.”
After finding out that the Isthmian League club have had their ground closed until further notice, fans gave their reaction…
Hopefully both clubs will be back at home soon. Must be tough going for Brentwood right now, with little matchday income at the clubhouse for three months. Not ideal for the away teams either, but only affects them once or twice.

Good. It’s a mess and is letting both Brentwood and Romford down. Hope both clubs can find a resolve.
