Robert Hunter: we need a decent football team not decent chips….

David Dickinson: Robert Hunter to get a decent team you need money. Food and drink is easy money if done correctly. Middlesbrough take in between 50-100k on food and drink on a home game. We probably take in about £200 on food, A decent well ran/ stocked burger stands on a match day could generate 2-3k profit, not much granted but could pay a players wage.

Kathleen Sterling: Food is 100 per cent profit we ran a pub and we made more money on food than beer can’t understand anyone with a business brain can work it out plus speed is an essence people have to kiss some of the match just to queue for a bovril cmon it’s not rocket science also toilets not too bad now remember when we had one with no roof your feet got soaked going in so at least they have improved so get catering sorted and you will make a mint believe me

Richard Howell: Not to put a negative on it but I can’t see us in league 1 by 2025.
