Football fans have shown their support to Gary Neville defending Salford City’s ticket prices…
Cost ten pounds to watch whitby Town in the seventh tier. Football as to cover costs at every level of the game Regardless of the quality on show. £10 for the Salford fans represents decent value in my opinion

£10 decent anyway. More than a good deal for students that we can get a ticket, a pie and a pint for a tenner. Won’t find that at many football clubs

£10! That’s excellent value. Almost double at Chesterfield.

Spot on! £10 is a bargain price for the National league, especially for a side that’s had that kind of investment for that level. I pay £6 to watch my local non league team and it’s always good value for money, never feel hard done by compared to the prem / football league games.

However there was still some bitter Arsenal fans that felt the need to hit back at Neville’s reply to one of their own…

Not as bad as watching your team when you done so well as head coach of valencia pic.twitter.com/GMUuEueLng

It takes time to make a team, you already knew that and said it. But then again, if you were still managing Valencia then they’d probably be third tier by now…
