Cheers Grimsby ?? Now that the dust has settled I’d like to thank everyone at the club.. the backroom staff, coaching staff, players, fans and everyone else @officialgtfc Some great memories to move forward with and was my pleasure to play for the club. Special mention to the lads, absolute joy working with you day in day out and I wish you all the very best in your careers x
Woolford left Grimsby Town in the summer after two years with the club as he was released. He managed to score 5 times in 66 appearances.
He has also played for Frickley Athletic, York City, Scunthorpe United, Bristol City, Millwall, Sheffield United and Fleetwood Town.
Manager Craig Elliott told wwww.bufc.co.uk: “Martyn is versatile and left-footed and he played nearly 40 games in League 2 last season.
“He has played nearly 400 games in the Football League, for some big clubs, so he will give us vital experience that we are perhaps lacking at times.
“He’s hungry to do well and he’s a fit lad so I am sure he will be a big asset for us.”
His overall stats:
