Footage emerges after multiple incidents of fans fighting at Birmingham v Stoke, in the stands during the game and outside the ground.
The game was overshadowed by disorder from fans, with videos and eyewitness accounts mentioning scuffles near the exits of the Gil Merrick and away end, as well as clashes outside the ground, including punch-ups and the arrest of a Birmingham fan who was detained by police.
Trouble is said to have involved both sets of supporters, some between Birmingham’s own, which left some families, with children, upset.
Post-match videos captured the tense atmospheres, objects thrown between the two sets of fanbases, and police were on hand to intervene.

Here’s some of the reaction from social media users, as footage emerges after multiple incidents of fans fighting at Birmingham v Stoke…
@_James_Jones_: What’s going on down #bcfc at the moment. Multiple incidents around the ground today with assaults etc. Not great to see or hear
@Chapman_bcfc: Walking out from Tilton and there’s about 3 or 4 people fighting at the bottom of the stairs, mad
@brummieblues: It was close to kicking off by the Gil Merrick. They have 2 turnstiles for the upper and 3 for the lower. It was like being penned in. Absolute shit show. They opened a side gate and had 1 person scanning people in. People were kicking off big time.
@DoddsJoe1: Stoke and blues fans having a punch up outside the forums up the road from maccies then a car was driving recklessly on the road by bainsys bar people having to jump out the way Yh it’s not good
@Kieranbcfc2: Was blues on blues today and all
@whatcaffle43: Too many idiots in the pub since the early morning. Need to grow up
@1981marc: Yeah was some shite scenes at the away fans exit when Stoke come out with quite a few lads fighting. Had my 7yo girl with me and 9yo boy. Both in tears. Fucking whoppers.

@robbydowd2017: That car was a police chase looked as if they pulled a car over and they did a runner from it and got into another whilst the police looked for them but they were stuck in the traffic by the garrison and the police spotted them in it and tried to smash the window to get them out. Then they drove off along the pavement was a miracle nobody was seriously hurt from the way they shot off across the pavement wankers
@cdbcfc_: Stoke fans giving it loads walking out of the way end and shutting up as soon as they get onto the road 🤣🤣
@winniewon3: They definitely did not shut up, they stood on the road . Offering everyone a fight.
@cdbcfc_: Maybe they did later on. The lot I saw were making loads of noise behind the gates and then went silent as soon as they got out 😂
@DoddsJoe1: There was a few punches thrown then a Stoke fan ran off when a police officer said grab him then a blues fan tripped him up then they grabbed him then he turned sound and looked like he wanted to kill the blues fan who tripped him 😂

The game itself played out to a 1-1 draw, Birmingham taking the lead through Takuya Iwata before Phil Neumann’s own goal levelled it.
Birmingham manager Chris Davies told BBC Radio WM:
“It was a hard-fought match. We didn’t start the game as sharply as we normally do but Stoke came into it quite well and we were losing a lot of balls in midfield.
“We grew a bit into the game, scored a good goal from a set-piece, and from that moment on we needed that second goal. We had some jaded legs, possibly after three games in a week, and needed that second goal to be in a strong position to get three points.
“We didn’t. The game was still alive and [they scored] a really soft goal which we’re frustrated about. If anyone was going to win it, it was going to be us, but it wasn’t to be.
[On the goal] “It was pleasing because we don’t have a lot of time to work [on set-pieces] but the timing, the movement, it was a really good goal, and a worked routine off a set-piece can open a game up for you in a tight game like that.
“They were trying their best but we weren’t quite as fluent. The subs improved us and nearly got our winning goal.”
Davies, per Sky Sports:
“If that’s a foul, what Ducksch has done there, then what their full-backs were doing to Priske… I don’t know what this is because they were throwing him to the ground every time he was trying to run forwards.
“Ducksch just got his body in there so based on consistency, no, (it) definitely should not have been disallowed.
“The things that were happening to him in the game, that’s not English football or the Championship.
“They are just blatant fouls. The Championship is physical but between the referee and the fourth official, they have to spot if a player is obstructing another or throwing a player to the ground.”
Stoke City manager Mark Robins told BBC Radio Stoke:
“It was an important performance because we are [down to the] bare bones and everyone knows it and sees it, but the packed-out away end was phenomenal and backed us all the way.
“The players really appreciate that. I thought we were the better team in the first half and created some decent openings that we usually don’t take anyway.
“We’ve got 12 players out and the majority of those are first-team starters, or have been, so to put in a performance like that was really pleasing.
“[Birmingham] have been good at home this year and we gave as good as we got, could have taken some chances, and had chances to create shooting opportunities which we turned down – that’s the only criticism, I want them to shoot, have a go.
“We conceded a really poor goal, but the response was emphatic, a brilliant delivery from Cressy.”
Robins, per Sky Sports:
“We have to hang on to the coat-tails of the teams above us until we can get players back, but if we can, we can attack the top six.
“We are more than a match for anyone in this division. I still think we can get in the top six but we need our players back quickly.
“We have 12 players out and two more dropped out on the day (Ben Wilmot and Bosun Lawal), so we were down to the bare bones.
“We have no fit full-backs and two left-backs who can’t last 90 minutes, which makes it very difficult tactically.
“Sorba Thomas came to see me offering to play up front, then threw his hat in the ring to play right-back.
“But in the first 25 minutes I thought there was only going to be one winner and if we’d have scored one, it would have given us the confidence.”
