Fans rush for tickets as Ilkeston Town make an extraordinary offer for two matches that everyone can take advantage of later this year.
The club will offer all supporters FREE ENTRY to their home games against Chasetown and Stamford in the Northern Premier League Division One Midlands on Saturday the 11th of September and Saturday the 18th of December.
The announcement was made ahead of a weekend that much of the Premier League and English Football League are out of action due to the international break.
So they might just have won themselves some new fans ready for their away trip to Halesowen Town in the FA Cup First Qualifying Round on Saturday afternoon.
FREE ENTRY | As a thank you to our supporters and town for their excellent and continued support, the owners of the club have decided to offer FREE ENTRY for everyone at two forthcoming home fixtures.

New Ilkeston Town signing Remaye Campbell believes promotion is a real possibility for the Robins next season.
They currently sit 5th in the eighth tier of English football, taking 10 points from 5 games played and are 5 points behind leaders and this weekend’s FA Cup opponents Halesowen Town.
20-year-old striker Campbell has joined up with Martin Carruthers’ squad having been released by Notts County a loan spell at Grantham Town having been his most recent port of call. Here’s four goals he scored in one goal in 2018
4⃣ | Remaye Campbell struck four times as the Under-23s saw off Newport earlier.

He stated back in May 2021: “The gaffer messaged me to come down for training about about three weeks ago now to have a look at me. I guess I impressed and it’s kind of gone quickly from there to be honest.
“The facilities for a club at this level are unreal and now with the 4G you can’t really go wrong. The manager was also a big factor because I know him and I know he’ll push to get the best out of me in the right way.”
He said: “Obviously being at a pro team is everyone’s dream and it helps a lot because you’re training everyday with quality players, so I think it’s helped me with the tactical and positional side of the game.
“My biggest influences I would say were my U16 coach who moved me from centre midfield to a striker, and then my U18s coach because he worked hard with me to get the best out of me. There was Kevin Nolan too because he was the first manager to give me a chance and believe in me to give me my first pro contract.”
He added: “I feel like I’ve come to grips with how the game’s played at this level now and hopefully I can kick on this year and score a lot of goals and win a lot of games with Ilkeston.
“The fans can expect a hard-working striker that will put his body about and be a handful and hopefully chip in with some goals too.
“I think we will do really well this season. The goal has to be to get promoted.”
As mentioned, fans rush for tickets as Ilkeston make the extraordinary offer for two matches…

@DannyDraper15: I’ve said it plenty of times before, but I think this cements it. The club is in the best possible hands with @DavidHilton77 @andy_nally & @markcliffordx. Let’s pack the NMG on these days and make those the other side of Erewash hear us. 🔴⚪️
@dcfcsuperfan313: Proper community club. Hopefully will be close to full capacity and inspire the next generation of the town.
