It was FA Vase First Round Proper action and this time around it sees 19 upsets, huge scorelines and bumper crowds in attendance.
This stage of the competition sees 105 ties played out, there were 28 new entries, with the winning sides claiming £750 and the losing teams getting £250.
We will publish the draw for the Second Round on Monday at 1pm. Ties for that are to take place on Saturday the 20th of November.
The biggest win of the day came at United Counties League Premier Division South outfit Coventry Sphinx who knocked out league below AFC Bridgnorth with a 9-0 victory.
The hosts were 4-0 up by half time with the away opposition down to 10 men after a tangle of feet meant that Anwar Olugbon was sent off. Despite the score, Bridgnorth did produce some very good chances but couldn’t be able to convert.
Coventry Sphinx started the second half just as they finished the first, going on to ship in a further five goals to finish 9-0, goals coming from a hat-trick for both Callum Stewart and Ryan Harkin, whilst Loz Rawlings, Louis Guest and Josh Willis also got on the scoresheet.

A superb crowd came out to watch South West Peninsula League Premier Division West club Falmouth Town win 2-1 against tier above Bradford Town.
Nearly 600 fans watched on as ‘the Ambers’ booked their place in the next round, J Bray-Evans putting the hosts one up on the 1st minute.
L Brabyn doubled the lead on the 41st minute, and Bradford got one back six minutes into the second half in a game that had everything.
