The draw took place at 1pm BST and was live on talkSPORT’s ‘The Social’, hosted by Ade Oladipo. Ties will be played the weekend of Saturday 24 October 2020. This round will contain 1 team from Level 9, Skelmersdale United.
*Due to Macclesfield Town FC’s withdrawal from the National League and subsequently the FA Cup, there will be an odd number of clubs entering the draw. As a result, the final club left in the Northern Section of the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round draw, that isn’t drawn to play in a tie in the round, will receive an automatic bye to the first round proper. This club will also receive the prize fund payment applicable for this stage of the competition.
Those who lose their ties pick up £3,125, whilst the winners earn themselves a total of £9,375.

Ten surprise upsets were caused in the FA Cup Third Qualifying Round, which were played out on Tuesday and Wednesday night.
Three teams were forced to forfeit their ties due to a player/staff member contracting coronavirus. They were Alfreton Town (FC United of Manchester qualify), Kettering Town (Brackley qualify) and Boston United (Hemel qualify).
The biggest upset, saw level 8 side Maldon & Tiptree knock out level 6 club Braintree Town, winning 1-0 thanks to the only goal of the game coming from Andre Hasanally in the 75th minute.
Shortly after, the Isthmian League North Division club’s Alfie Mason let fly and somehow the Braintree keeper kept it out. There was another stunning double save in the final five minutes to stop it going 2-0 to Maldon.

There were other National League North and South sides exiting the competition due to a shock result against teams in tiers below them.
South Shields continued their fine form and knocked out National League North side Southport.
The Mariners’ Blair Adams scored an own goal in the 29th minute, before Darius Osei got an equaliser on the 70th minute.
Penalty shootout it was and South Shields ended up winning 4-2 to progress to just one round away from the First Round Proper.

Hereford travelled 79 miles to Stafford Rangers, only for the Northern Premier League Premier Division club to come out 3-1 winners.
The Bulls took the lead through Tom Owen-Evans on the 15th mintue, before Joe Cuff got Stafford’s equaliser on the half an hour mark.
He then got his side in front with eight minutes of normal time remaining, then Callum Coyle doubled his side’s lead and prevent any sort of comeback from Hereford in injury time.

Northern Premier League Division One North West side Marske United also produced a cupset, beating National League North side Blyth Spartans. Adam Boyes was there on the rebound to slot the ball home in the 58th minute.
Extremely proud of @MarskeUnitedFC tonight, made a decent @Blyth_Spartans side look rather ordinary & wel deserved a place in the next round of @FACupWembley pic.twitter.com/kfXaWxAduX
