8) CHELTENHAM TOWN

Cheltenham Town ended up finishing 16th in League Two this season, and saw Whaddon Road 44.40 per cent full, ranking them at 8th in this list.

7) GRIMSBY TOWN

Grimsby Town ended up finishing 17th in League Two this season, and saw Blundell Park 49.00 per cent full, ranking them at 7th in this list.
