20) MORECAMBE

Morecambe ended up finishing 18th in League Two this season, and saw Globe Arena 31.40 per cent full, ranking them at 20th in this list.

19) OLDHAM ATHLETIC

Oldham Athletic ended up finishing 14th in League Two this season, and saw Boundary Park 32.30 per cent full, ranking them at 19th in this list. Another club with a poor owner, making unpopular decisions.

18) BURY

Bury ended up finishing 2nd and promoted from League Two this season, and saw Gigg Lane 34.20 per cent full, ranking them at 18th in this list.

17) COLCHESTER UNITED

Colchester United ended up finishing 8th in League Two this season, and saw their ground 34.90 per cent full, ranking them at 17th in this list.
