It’s done, the Quarter Final of the EFL Trophy is now over and teams have today found out who they will face at the next stage after the Semi Final Draw.
It was made live on Quest’s EFL Highlights show, where Colin Murray was joined by studio guest Ian Holloway and Paul Heckingbottom to conduct the draw.

It is no longer split into northern and southern sections, meaning anyone could face any of the remaining five teams.
Of the eight teams, one is from League One, three are from League Two, and one is an academy side who are hoping to becoming the first B team to make the final of the competition.
THE SEMI FINAL DRAW:

PORTSMOUTH v EXETER CITY
NEWPORT or LEICESTER U21 v SALFORD CITY
Ties are played the week commencing 17th of February. Both ties are set to be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
