Dulwich Hamlet took to Twitter to make a savage dig at Dover Athletic after receiving a ban by the Kent outfit on filming prior to kick off.
The hosts took the lead against the run of play thanks to top scorer Alfie Pavey, however, the south-east London outfit got one back through striker Danny Mills just before half time.
Dulwich then pushed on and got a winner, with Joe Felix getting his second in two games to seal all three points for his side in the 84th minute.
The result means Dulwich are 14th in the National League South table, with 28 points from 21 games played while Dover are 15th with 28 points from 23 games.
But as mentioned, it was before the game that got people talking (and rather miffed off) as Dulwich were told late on that they wouldn’t be allowed to film.
They wrote in a tweet: “🚫 NO HIGHLIGHTS 🚫
“Despite having confirmation earlier in the week, Dover have now changed their stance and not allow us to film today’s game 45 minutes before KO, so there will be no highlights or radio broadcast now.
“We apologise to Hamlet fans who enjoy our work.”
Twitter user @StevenBushboy replied to it, saying: “Is Kim Jong Ill the chairman?”
To which, Dulwich said: “Close, it’s Jim Jong Il”

As Dulwich make a savage dig at Dover after receiving a ban on filming prior to kick off, fans couldn’t help but react…
@DulwichCookie: Such a shame. Fair few Hamlet fans can’t make the game today due to commitments and would love to see the highlights win, draw or lose. Hope @DoverAthletic rectify for next season! This league is for the fans and local community first and foremost.
@pompeydunc: Great of you @DoverAthletic to get our volunteers down on NYD and then change your mind! I’ll just live stream behind the goal then on my Instagram! #dhfc
@PaulRicher33: they did that to Bromley last season, also didn’t issue a printed programme, so pleased to see them deservedly get relegated, a soulless ground.
@wbphillips: What a strange thing to do
@mpkeane6: How selfish of them. I hope they had a very good reason for denying us who can’t get to watch and support our team from listening to the excellent commentaries provided!ðŸ˜
@barton_fm: Writing as broadcasters of non league football this is poor, what is their reasoning for this?
@seaoftheedge: Lovely display of respect and unity from @DoverAthletic. Looking forward to their treatment of other clubs coming home to roost.
@rj7430: Try to be big time Charlie’s. Glad you beat them from a Chippenham fan.
@allmoshnopit: Both their cliffs and heads full of chalk I see
@KeithPhillips09: You’d be extremely lucky to commentate let alone film!! from Slough fan
@NJONES1969: And they wonder why a lot of people have no time for them
@PhilRiverman10: Once again we do ourselves absolutely no favours, us Dover fans cannot understand this stance
@redwine_rebel: Ridiculous that they never let away clubs do a radio broadcast cant see what harm they think it will do !!!
@onestafc: The league has to step in, happened when st albans played at Dover a few weeks back and other fans are complaining about it as well
@MoroccanSunset8: Dickheads @DoverAthletic.
@boathouseview: Happy New year to you too @DoverAthletic
@BrooksyTV: Disgrace football is for everyone, always shared the filming gantry at Lichfield City whenever the opposition requested with pleasure. Why i don’t bother watching Step 3 or above.
@rebelpaws: Top marks for pettiness @DoverAthletic
@mattchapp96: Shocking but unfortunately not a rare occurrence. Surely @TheVanaramaNL should be looking into this.
@PartizanDulwich: against modern football
@TheGearing: Unbelievable #dhfc
@nonleaguenext: They are a joke of a club. A rotten organisation from the top
@Ant_BromleyFC: Same old crappy Dover
@TractorBoyCCFC: Got the right result though
@leejwebb: Wow! That’s some shithousery right there!
@puffpuff65: Horrible outfit Dover are, far up their own arse
@curtiz58: Dover are a SH*T club #hatethem
@peteachoo: Arses!!
@cfcbenyu: This is honestly unreal hahahaha
@ChuckyShed: LOL
@george__cory: Unreal tweet hahahaha
@al_crane: None of this surprising. Another week, another club and its supporters discover what an embarrassing shambles Dover are these days. It’s a shame that Parmenter can’t see the long term damage he’s doing to the club with his pettiness and inflated ego.
Admin bantering my club this way and I’m not even mad😅 https://t.co/Jk3WfMomFO pic.twitter.com/AmAsjNk7Fe
