Dele Alli has been spotted training at The Hive, sparking speculation among fans over what could be next for the former Tottenham and England midfielder.
Footage shared on social media appears to show the 30-year-old working with a ball on the pitches at Barnet‘s home and training complex.

One clip shows Dele going through individual work during daylight, while another appears to capture him continuing his session later in the evening.
His appearance at The Hive has inevitably got supporters talking, particularly with Dele currently without a club.
However, there is currently no confirmation that he is on trial with Barnet, training with the first team or discussing a potential move to the League Two club.

For now, the reason behind Dele’s presence at the facility remains unclear.
It could simply be an opportunity for the midfielder to use the facilities and continue working on his fitness while searching for his next club.
Nevertheless, seeing a player with his experience training at The Hive has understandably caught the attention of Barnet supporters.
Dele remains a free agent
Dele has been without a club since leaving Serie A side Como in September 2025.
He initially began training with Como before signing for the Italian club in January 2025 as he attempted to return to competitive football.
His comeback eventually arrived against AC Milan at the San Siro on March 15, 2025.
Dele replaced Lucas Da Cunha in the 81st minute, making his first competitive appearance in 748 days.
However, his return lasted only around 10 minutes.
He was initially booked following a challenge on Ruben Loftus-Cheek before a VAR review resulted in the yellow card being upgraded to a red.
It proved to be his only competitive appearance for Como.
The two parties mutually terminated his contract in September, with Dele keen to find regular playing opportunities elsewhere.
At his best, Dele established himself as one of English football’s brightest talents during his time with Tottenham.
He also won 37 senior England caps and featured for the Three Lions during their run to the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup.

The sighting has prompted plenty of discussion about whether Dele could potentially have something to offer Barnet if he can get himself back to regular competitive football.
One fan responded to the footage: “Judging by how dark it is, the team had long since gone home”
Another was much more enthusiastic about the possibility, writing: “If fit he could be the difference of winning the league
“Why not !”
There is no indication at this stage that a move to Barnet is on the cards, and no deal or trial has been announced.
For now, the footage simply shows Dele back on a football pitch and putting in the work as the free agent looks towards the next chapter of his career.
