Our live stream ahead of Wednesdays Premier League match, Chelsea vs Wolves is now up, kicking off at 18.00 GMT
You can keep an eye on the commentary as it happens below, but first, we take a preview into the fixture, lineups, predictions and much more…
The Blues eased to a 3-1 victory over Luton Town in the FA Cup as Lampard bowed out with a win, but with five points separating ninth-placed Chelsea from the top four, they cannot afford to mourn the loss of Lampard whatsoever as Wolves look to turn their own fortunes around.
Chelsea will have Thomas Tuchel in charge to replace Lampard, however having lost his job at PSG while propelling the French champions back up the table, he will certainly be aware of the mammoth task facing him in this equally unforgiving role.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s job in the Molineux dugout is not thought to be entirely safe either, with the visitors now without a win in the Premier League since that December victory over Chelsea.
Santo has since overseen four defeats and two draws from their six most recent Premier League matches, and having been expected to challenge for a European spot again this season, Wolves are now edging ever closer towards the danger zone.
The visitors advanced to the fifth round of the FA Cup on Friday, but they were far from convincing against non-league side Chorley, and it took a wonder strike from Vitinha to separate the two clubs.
LAST MEETING:
The two cubs met last month, with Wolves batting a 2-1 victory thanks to a last-minute winner from Neto at the Molineux…

On Chelsea…
“We don’t know exactly how Chelsea are going to present themselves.
“We don’t know the manager. What we know is the quality and talent of the Chelsea players.
“We expect a tough match and whatever the manager is, he won’t have much time to impose his own ideas, so we think it’ll be close to what Frank [Lampard] was doing before.
“We are talking about a very good team, a squad full of talented players, so we are aware tomorrow is going to be very demanding and tough for us.”
On turning things around…
“I’ve reached all the conclusions I needed to reach. We are playing good, we are not being as compact as we should, we are making mistakes that are costing us and making games harder for us. But we are scoring goals, we are creating chances.
“The players are not OK; they are not happy. Every time a game finishes and we didn’t get what we wanted from the game; nobody is happy.
“Everybody has the experience to know the only solution is to improve, to improve individually, as a team, to get things better.
“We work hard when things don’t go well. What we do, we work more, we try to do things better, this is our spirit. It’s not that we’re playing bad, we’re making mistakes that we have to try and not make to improve our game.
“We have to get back important players, and this is what we’re trying, working very hard for things to go better.”

LINEUPS:
Chelsea possible starting lineup:
Mendy; James, Zouma, Silva, Chilwell; Kovacic, Mount, Havertz; Ziyech, Abraham, Hudson-Odoi
Wolverhampton Wanderers possible starting lineup:
Patricio; Semedo, Coady, Boly, Saiss; Neves, Moutinho, Dendoncker; Traore, Silva, Neto
THATSAGOAL TIP:
Tammy Abraham Anytime Scorer– 5/4 with FanTeam.
A hat-trick in midweek should see Abraham in line for another start when Wolves visit Stamford Bridge. The England international is Chelsea’s top scorer in the league and bagged a brace against Wolves last season.
Wolves are in really poor form and are clearly struggling without Raul Jimenez. Since his injury, they have won just once in the league (coincidentally against Chelsea). Whether a new manager is at the helm at the Bridge by the time kick-off comes around is uncertain, but Abraham should get his chance against an out-of-sorts Wolves side.
