After finding out about the transfer rumours, fans took to give their reaction, some Luton fans agreed that they needed a proven goalscorers, others wanted the defense sorted out instead. Torquay and Plymouth fans also had their say…
Oh goody…he will sure scare those championship defences

We have two fit strikers, both of them start every game. So yes we do need another striker, we are in HUGE need of defenders BUT another striker who offers pace, power and goal scoring threat is also needed.

Doesn't matter who's up front if they never get given any decent service like poor Collo this season.
Should we build our team and tactics around our 25-goal striker this year? No, let's leave him frustrated and isolated up there instead with no real service. Brilliant.

Yes we do need a proven striker and sort the defence out very important month could be the difference between staying up or relegation?

Yes but i’d be happy if we got a decent fee for him and loan him back for the end of the season

@lutonmagoo: This article was probably put out there by his agent or Torquay themselves just trying to get more money for him from some other clubs
@EJMOfficial1: If I am being totally honest, I would love him to stay but for himself, he deserves to play at a higher level IMO. Plus, I would still class him as an icon of the club if he was to leave. But I hope, he will at least stay until the end of the season, hopefully getting us promoted
@MarkAHirst: At this level, nobody should be deprived of the chance to play at a significantly higher grade, as long as the initial fee & appearance/sell on clauses are fair
@ferrarif50lover: This is daft. Luton’s problem is at the back, not up front. They’ve scored twice the goals that Middlesbrough have, but nabbed just two more points. An unproven, 4th choice striker will make zero impact on their season whatsoever.
@argyletweet: I’d 100% take Jamie Reid in the transfer window. #pafc
@ArgyleTruth: We should be going in hard for Jamie Reid in January. Would be a sensible step up for him, if he’s settled in Devon it’s a short hop, would bolster us. It just makes sense. #pafc
