SLAVEN BILIC (West Brom)
EFL state: So smooth has Albion’s progress been under Bilic that a perfect four wins from four games came as no surprise to anyone at The Hawthorns. Of all their performances, a dominant 4-1 victory over promotion rivals Bristol City stood out.
TONY MOWBRAY (Blackburn Rovers)
EFL state: The consistency of Mowbray’s message to his players helped them dismiss a difficult October and gain 12 points out of a possible 15, scoring nine goals in the process and moving Rovers back into the promotion picture.
SCOTT PARKER (Fulham)
EFL state: Has been steadfast in his belief that Fulham have to play football his way in order to succeed at Championship level. That message is clearly getting through to his players with an impressive 12-point haul from five games.
