Carlisle United caught fans’ attention on Thursday as they unveil a retro looking home kit along with unique ‘fruit salad’ away shirt.
This summer has already seen some rather bold strips released by clubs ahead of the 2023/24 season.
But you have to say, this might be one of the most talked about yet, with sales expected to boom big time.
And it’s not just the Cumbrian fanbase that are looking to purchase their favourite of the two, or both home and away shirt.
Supporters of other clubs are also taking a fancy to them having seen the below video posted by League One returnees Carlisle on Thursday (22nd June)…

CLUB STATEMENT:
The new season strips are out this week – going on sale to season ticket holders in the Blues Store on Thursday 22 June [4pm to 8pm] and on general sale on Friday, and throughout the weekend – and we think you’re going to like them!
Thank you once again to Bimson Haulage and Story Homes – our front and back of shirt sponsors, respectively – both logos look fantastic on the strips and are on the kits that you will be buying from the Blues Store.
First-team players Gabe Breeze and Taylor Charters will be in the Blues Store on Thursday [4pm to 6pm], so there’ll be plenty of smiley photo opportunities as you make your purchase.
Olga our fluffy mascot will be in-store between 2pm and 6pm on Saturday afternoon to get selfies with our younger fans.
Please note – keeper kits are not available this weekend, they will be with us in July – keep an eye on our official site and our social channels for more details.
Our new training and leisure wear ranges will also be available in July.CommercialSTORY HOMES: Pride of place on the back of the shirt20 June 2023
