Bolton let fans vote for which home kit they want for 2025/26 season

Bolton Wanderers let fans vote for which home kit they want for the 2025/26 season with some fan based concepts to pick from.

They’re bringing back the opportunity for fans to have their say on what the team wear, like in previously, and this is something that most clubs should be doing, especially if it means that sales will subsequently go on to do well.

But it seems unlikely previous years, the choices haven’t gone down too well, nonetheless, fans will still go for the one they like the most, take a look for yourself below.

KIT 1 – Abstract Home / KIT 2 – Map Home

KIT 3 – Graphic Home / KIT 4 – Herringbone Home

CLUB STATEMENT:

Following on from the success of our two previous campaigns, we’re delighted to announce that Pick Our Kits is back – with Wanderers’ fans handed the opportunity to have their say on our home kit for the 2025/26 season.

Having seen huge success and response since the concept’s inception back in 2022, the popular survey returns once again but this year, supporters will be voting solely on the home kit that Wanderers will wear in 2025/26.

Our kit represents all of us and none more important than you, our supporters. With this in mind, we are delighted to have collaborated with Bolton Wanderers fan and concept designer @ConceptBWFC, who has worked alongside the club in producing a couple of these designs.

This year we have four home kit concepts for you to rate, utilising the same process that has been presented to you in previous years.

As you will recognise, there will be a ratings slider underneath each kit concept. Remember, the further right you push each kit’s slider, the higher you’ll rate that option. If any of the concepts really aren’t your cup of tea, simply swipe left!

The top-rated home kit will go into production with Macron this summer – and we’ll reveal the winning choices in just under a years’ time.

You can click here to give your verdict on our four home kit designs.

When you take part in the survey, you have the option to submit your votes anonymously or, you can choose to create a login, take part in the discussion and send us some more comprehensive feedback.

If you do choose to create a login, we’ll automatically enter you into a competition to win matchday hospitality for four people in the Lion of Vienna Suite for a game of your choosing during the 2024/25 season.

Neil Hart, Chief Executive Officer at Bolton Wanderers said: “The Pick Our Kits initiative has been one of the most engaging and rewarding concepts we have initiated at the club in the last few years, and by popular demand – it’s back!

“You have consistently voted in your thousands in previous years to choose the kits the lads have worn over the past two seasons – we hope to see those numbers once again this time around.

“Unlike previous seasons, supporters will be voting on just the home kit. Both the away and third kits for 2025/26 will be designed in-house, with a number of exciting ideas being explored and will be released to supporters closer to the 2025/26 season.

“My thanks goes to the Bolton Wanderers Supporters’ Trust for their continued input, to Macron for their ongoing support and to the brilliant team at Social Asking for their work putting the survey together once again.

“I would also like to thank @ConceptBWFC, who has come in to offer support and collaboration on a couple of this year’s designs. Having seen their fantastic work across social media we wanted to reach out and work alongside them, helping to give supporters a variety of options to vote on.

“We eagerly anticipate sharing the results with you next summer.”

Twitter users gave their verdict as Bolton let fans vote for which home kit they want for the 2025/26 season…

@luke_bwfc: Is there a vote to go back to the drawing board?

@willprinse: They’re all minging haha

@WanderasLuke: The map one is pretty decent. The others I’d probably only use as a jizz rag tbh

@Blueweevils: All hideous and unimaginative. The one we voted for, with the band running vertically, we were cheated out of this season because of the moans about a white shirt option. No doubt you will fix next seasons vote as well.

@Lion_of_Vienna: The green sponsorship will always look out of place. It’s needs to be navy blue to fit with the rest of the colour scheme!

@AdzBwfc: Need an all white option!

@wesmbwfc: Love 2 and 4 is also a winner for me

@_tomd94: Herringbone is the only passable option

@damnberry: Bring back the pinstripes.

@OldManWinter999: How do these options get worse every year?

@mccreadster: Bit rough these lads

@harrybwfc446: Surely it’s the first one

@BrandonBWFC2022:
Concept Bwfc did nothing but stunners.
Works with Neil hart once and this is the shit they produce

@ScottLithgow92: 4th one 👍

@DannyRushby: Macron are awful

@nathjnzy: For a club who’s nicknamed the white army there’s a lot of blue on there 🫣

@GoatNmcl: They’re not the best to be honest

@richiebingo: Bloody awful x4

@ScottLithgow92: 1st or 4th for me

@Charlie2249: Not amazing are they 😬

@FeeFiFoFee: Blue socks? No. Just no.

@GSA219: If the Abstract design doesn’t win we riot. After three years of this pick our kit lark, we’ve actually been presented with some kits worth voting for. If we get Abstract people will love it for years.

@chrisdaws72: Not a moan… more of an observation. I, like pretty much every #BWFC fan I know, is a fan of @ConceptBWFC. Never once have they posted a kit and I’ve thought… “I don’t like that”… Until now. No disrespect to @ConceptBWFC btw – pretty much the opposite actually

@GarethHulme: Go again. They are not the best at all

@TrotterChatPod: Don’t want to be negative, but they aren’t great…

@bwfc714:
Abstract and Herringbone are both very nice.
Would be happy with either of those.
Not fussed on the other two.
Blue shorts fine.
Needs to be white socks.
#bwfc
