Blackburn ‘yoof’ goads the Preston coach, a Wigan fan taunts Millwall with a certain scarf, and Blackpool took troll Birmingham with a shirt.
The cold must have put some fans off from trying to spark out one enough, so in order to try and provoke the opposition, they took to something different that we’re becoming used to seeing at matches.
In the early Championship kick off on Saturday, Blackburn ‘yoof’ goads the Preston supporters coach, some young lads waited for the vehicle to come in their direction, before throwing snowballs and giving some gestures.

This came after the Ched Evans netted a brace in the second-half as Preston North End thrashed fellow promotion hopefuls Blackburn Rovers to move to within two points of their Lancashire rivals.
Evans’ effort just two minutes after the break added to Ben Woodburn’s one-on-one first-half finish to put the visitors in a comfortable lead.
Bradley Dack produced a close-range strike to give some hope to Rovers fans, but the huge amount of travelling fans weren’t concerned for long as Evans headed home a cross sent in by Greg Cunningham before Ben Whiteman thumped in a fourth to all but settle the match with 25 minutes still remaining.
Meanwhile at the The Den, a Wigan fan taunts the Millwall faithful with a West Ham scarf, with the hosts grabbing a point.
A short clip emerged on social media, showing a lad holding up a scarf with the colours of the Lions’ rivals, trying to get a reaction out of those in the other stand.
Security and stewards saw no issue with it, especially considering that there was no chance of any trouble breaking out and with both sets of fans being kept apart.

Kolo Toure’s tenure as Wigan boss got off to a not too bad start with a closely fought 1-1 draw as Will Keane’s low strike just after the 30-minute mark opened the scoring for the Latics, making it his eighth goal of the season.
Zian Flemming got one back seven minutes later with a thunderous volley from the edge of the box before Danny McNamara watched his shot fly narrowly fly over the crossbar for Millwall.
Keane also headed just over, as both sides tried hard to find a winner through the second-half, but only a draw could be played out.
We continue with the trolling and this time it was at Blackpool, with a section of their fans having a laugh at Birmingham City.
A few fans in with the Tangerines were recorded on video holding up a shirt, an Aston Villa one, in the face of the Birmingham fans in the away end.
It certainly caught the attention of Blues fans, who immediately reacted to it by singing, “you dirty Villan bastards”, providing to be the only real entertainment as the game controversially finished goalless.
It’s funny how sad some fanbases are bringing out an oppositions rivals top 🤣🤣😭😭 #BSHLOUT #BCFC pic.twitter.com/MyisWJhmcN

Blackpool missed a big chance to climb out of the second tier relegation zone but ended a run of four consecutive defeats.
Birmingham, who were looking for a fifth away victory in eight matches, came closest to breaking the deadlock when Tahith Chong’s effort coming back off the post and was subsequently cleared.
The hosts created several half chances and should have gone 1-0 up through Marc Roberts, but he fired an effort over the bar when well placed.
Neither side looked like finding a late winner in what was a scrappy contest, however the result means Birmingham’s recent resurgence continues, having now lost just once in their past seven matches.
This is what fans said as Blackburn ‘yoof’ goads the Preston coach, Wigan taunts Millwall with a scarf, and Blackpool troll Birmingham with a shirt…
