Another three Championship games have been announced to be shown live on Sky Sports as the race for promotion hots up nicely with relegation also to come.
Another three games have been listed for broadcast later this month, adding to other three revealed earlier this week, and the much anticipated batch already announced at the beginning of July.
Clubs are set to play out their remaining five fixtures for the 2019/20 season, with so much at stake, and even potential points deductions for various clubs yet to be handed out, should it happen.
So what are the new additions announced by Sky Sports? Their cameras head to the John Smith’s Stadium with Huddersfield fighting to avoid back-to-back relegations and West Brom looking at securing a return to the Premier League since the 2017/18 season, so three points for either side would have a huge impact on where they play football next season.
There will be an early kick-off on Saturday the 18th July which sees high-flying Brentford travel to Stoke. The Bees are on fire right down, boasting a 100 per cent record since the restart and are hot on the tails of the two teams above them who occupy the automatic promotion spots. It’s not so good however for the Potters, who, like Huddersfield, will need a much needed win in their fight against relegation.
Derby County and Leeds United will face each other on Sunday the 19th of July at 2pm. The Rams managed to halt the Whites’ quest for promotion last season in the semi final stages of the playoffs – will they be the string in the tail against Marcelo Bielsa’s side once again?

That is good news as playing them at 15.00 Sat 18th as previously scheduled having played Barnsley at 17.00 on Thursday 16th, was not good. The extra day’s rest could be important. #LUFC

If we win against Blackburn and then win against Fulham that will put us onto 86 points with 2 games to go and if Brentford win there next two that will put them on 81 so if we win on Friday against Huddersfield that will guarantee us promotion #WBA

Because some people work ?♂️ haha

Good. After their manager said “the only positive thing is we won’t have to play another team like that” following their pathetic submission at Elland Road, I hope our guys see that and go and spank his team by 6 or more live on the telly. #COYB ?

Hahaha we’re massive uno

Just because @LUFC put 5 past them, doesn’t mean we will do they same. Will probably be a drab 1-0 (not saying to who ??).
