Let down big time by the players.

Have to say not surprised. The win at Haringey on Friday should have been easy for us but it was tough. Neal has been a legend to the club for many years and will be remembered fondly but we need a change to get us out of the league mess we are in.

Many thanked him for what he did at the club…
Into the hall of fame for Neal. Hope he’s at a game soon to get his props like Terry Brown did. You’ve left us in a better place than when you found us. Good luck gaffer.

A change was needed but I'm very sad to see Neal go, will always be welcomed back as a legend, in truth you could see this was affecting him and he needs a break, thanks for the memories #afcw

Thank you Neal for everything you have done for this club. It’s a shame it had to happen this way, but you’ll forever be a club legend. #AFCW

For Neal's own sake, his and the good of the club this had to happen, I am sorry that it has come to this but it is the right thing to do. Thank you Neal for all your efforts.
