23/24 FA Cup Third Qualifying Round draw revealed

The 23/24 FA Cup Third Qualifying Round draw has been revealed after a bumper weekend of action with replays still to play out in midweek.

The draw will be regionalised and 40 Third Qualifying Round ties will take place on Saturday the 30th of September with the losing sides receiving £1,875 and the winners £5,625.

National League teams (those in the fifth tier of English football) will enter in the Fourth Qualifying Round.

Teams at this stage of the tournament will be looking at the first round proper, with sides just two wins away now from a potential fixture against a team from the EFL, and don’t forget, there are some massive clubs in Leagues One and Two.

Here’s how fans reacted with 23/24 FA Cup Third Qualifying Round draw revealed…

@dan15w: Will take that 🐬 #pooletown

@DAWUK17: At least we are at home. Farsley or Scarborough. Could of been a lot worse suppose #UpTheDarlo #FACup #NonLeague

@LeeScourfield: Canvey or Braintree at home to Scunthorpe United. What a draw!!

@YorkshireGlover: So convenient that Didcot are playing at Dorchester on Saturday, it’ll be a useful easy scouting trip.

@BradStrat: Whitehawk at home is exactly the sort of draw we were hoping for 🏆

@DanielRWalkley: Halesowen vs Enfield will see a massive massive crowd. Lewes vs Hampton & Richmond looks the most appealing from a southern point of view.

@RobSP86: So we potentially have Canvey vs Scunthorpe in a regionalised FA Cup draw? 🤪

@ConnorJames___ · 38m Got to make it more appealing for fans, lower the gate for the game eve. If £10-12 #doverathletic

@sgodfrey: Corr that’s SOME tie, good luck & most of all, enjoy 🙂 #didcottown

@cheeseyp: Woooooo … love it , 😀 , great draw and should be a top day out as well !! #didcottown

@GrumpyGreyhead: Fuck’s sake, hope it’s not Blyth. It’s fucking miles away, they’re a step above us, and last time we played them there in the FA Cup (25+ years ago, admittedly) they spanked us #worksoptown

@thecrescent78: Scunny being placed in the south-east section of a regionalised FA Cup draw 🤦‍♂️🤣
