Twitter users reacted to the 23/24 FA Cup Fourth Round draw…
@rorynagle21: You just know who’s gonna be on tv already 🤣 as predictable, it will be Liverpool game, United game and Spurs vs City. Maidstone Utd won’t be on tv 😬
@doddoneout: Dear @EmiratesFACup @BBCSport @itvfootball PLEASE DON’T PUT CHELSEA/VILLA AND SPURS/CITY ON BBC OR ITV! We’ve seen it 59 million times on Sky already… Please give it to Maidstone and Newport/Eastleigh, clubs who can actually benefit more from TV money… Show that you care!
@Liamowls19: Convinced these draws are fixed get them done with a live audience there
@_Dannyy13:
City v Tottenham
Chelsea v Villa
Ipswich v Maidstone
Newport/Eastleigh v United/Wigan (assuming Wigan don’t win tonight)
Liverpool v Norwich/Bristol Rovers
Blackburn v Wrexham
Anything other than these 6 as the TV selections are quite frankly a joke
@mb107614739: For all the turmoil and uncertainty around the club over the last 10 years, it’s comforting to know that some Swansea City traditions remain. We always get shit draws 😂 #FACup
@danielmaier: Stop showing the numbers and names down the side during the #facup draw! It takes the surprise away!
@kcb49: #afcb Magic of the FA Cup. Many saying ‘it’s a boring draw’ or ‘it’s a home banker’. Neither I would suggest. It gives us a chance of progressing and that’s all that matters to me. But before that I want us to beat Liverpool. Two wins would indeed be magic. Come on Boscombe!
@PeterElson1983: @itvfootball If you’re going to broadcast the FA Cup draw and your presenter hasn’t spotted one of the oldest rivalries in football being drawn, maybe one of your team should be in their ear to let them know. #shocking #wwfc #wba
@ParkLaneBlock40: The game between @SpursOfficial vs Man City will be great. Looking forward to David Seaman, Niall Quinn, Patrick Vieira, Wrighty and Beth Mead in the @itvfootball studio. #FACupDraw
@YeOldeMMRF: At least six non-PL teams will be in the last 16 then. #FACupDraw
@Dannybarker1981: Been looking forward to the FA Cup draw all day and we draw Chelsea away. 😫 #AVFC
@FrankieHolliday: What’s worse than heartbreak? Waiting all weekend for the FA CUP draw, Just to be the first team out the hat and face a team in the same league in the next round. Honestly, Ruins your mood haha #watfordfc
@Tobyypufc: Such a shit draw, most games are teams in the same league as each other
@RichHarmon13: Baggies v Dingles is the pick of the bunch. Apart from that it’s really not a great draw.
@StoicSquirrel69: Not a single mention about a potential Black Country Derby in the #FACupDraw on ITV. Shambles.
West Brom potentially having Wolves at home. #FACupDraw pic.twitter.com/w9FJUlvWGU
