Wolves fans vent anger after watching Brighton ‘cruise to the easiest of wins’, a 3-0 victory on Saturday afternoon.
It only took 35 seconds for Jack Hinshelwood to score Brighton’s fastest ever Premier League goal, then Lewis Dunk’s header made it 2-0 to the hosts inside five minutes.
Yankuba Minteh made it 3-0 on 86 minutes, and Yerson Mosquera saw his strike come back off the woodwork for Wolves.
The result, ahead of the rest of the weekend’s action, sees Brighton up to 7th place in boost to European hopes, 53 points from 36 games played, Wolves remain bottom with 18 points.

Brighton head coach Fabian Hurzeler said to BBC Final Score: “Good start, really good start, two goals definitely helped our game and then we created a few more chances. We defended really well.
“Second half we got a bit sloppy, not that intense or high quality in our actions. We defended well, we tried, we kept going, I think it was a deserved win.”
On upcoming games and European hopes: “We have to go all in now and approach it as unchanged. We will keep going and focus on the things we can control and our performance and then we swill see what happens.”
Brighton’s Lewis Dunk said to the BBC Match of the Day: “Started the game top, 2-0, started excellently. Took the foot of the gas the second part of the first half, got sloppy. And then second half they had to come out stronger and it was a bit end-to-end, but we scored the three and kept a clean sheet – it was massive.”
On being back and scoring: “I’ve been dying for one, I’ve had a lot of chances this and last season, but I should’ve got more today. It’s nice to get on the scoresheet. I want to score goals I’m good at scoring goals, it’s been frustrating but now I have one I can hopefully get another next week.”
On his celebration: “Our kit man, Buzz his son had a brain tumour, had surgery two week ago, recovering well. So we wanted to send him some love. He’s the nicest and happiest kid. I always get videos of him chatting about the Seagulls and we wanted to give some love to him.”
On Jack Hinshelwood: “He’s an incredible footballer, he’s one of the most intelligent I’ve seen on the football pitch. He knows where to be. That goal was unbelievable, the header was outstanding. I’m buzzing for him. Down to earth, works his socks off. It’s nice to see.”
On return to Europe: “I think if you look at that period, it was frustrating. [James] Milner was a massive impact. If you look at the team that gaffer put out, we needed men to turn it around and Milner was a huge impact in that to understand what the group needed. He was fundamental.
“The whole group stuck together and now we’re looking at Europe again. It’s a mental season, one minute we’re looking at relegation and now we’re talking about Europe, it’s great fun football isn’t it?”

@ben29415138: You lot are a fcuking disgrace ! The worst team I have ever seen in a wolves shirt and also the most disliked…. I think each one of you is a coward and you should be ashamed to take your wages home…. Now all of ya can fcuk off and take that clown Edwards with ya!
@Topoftheshop40: Genuinely none of them care do they? Hwang showed the most effort today which really shows how pathetic it is
@MrPauloGoodman: Someone asked me in the week if I thought we’d come straight back up. I said I was more worried about the double dip. With Edwards at the helm I think we’ll be a League one club in a year. Cheers Rob, we appreciate the sentimental taking of the job, but it’s time to go #wwfc

xG created: 4.04
xG conceded: 8.21
Actual GD: (11) [12-1]
Performances since Brentford been RANCID. These players are a fucking disgrace, and I’m rapidly running out of patience with Rob. The Old Gold jersey shouldn’t shrink to fit lesser men #WWFC
@wwfcmatt09: Saw this posted from TalkSport. What a damning stat: Wolves are the second team ever to lose to ALL other 19 Premier League clubs in a single season. ❌ #wwfc #wolves
