West Ham’s Yarmolenko “an embarrassment” say pundits for his pathetic dive in an attempt to win a penalty at Kidderminster Harriers.
The Hammers broke the hearts of the non league outfit by narrowly avoiding one of the biggest FA Cup upsets of all time with just seconds left on the clock.
Alex Penny gave the National League North side the lead after just 19 minutes and impressively held onto it all the way until the 91st minute.

Declan Rice equalised and even did a Michael Jackson celebration dance in front of the away end, but David Moyes’ men looked set for a dramatic penalty shoot-out until Jarrod Bowen came up with a 121st-minute winner.
Despite many viewers enjoying watching the FA Cup tie play out, there was one moment that had fans raging with disgust.
Yarmolenko was guilty of one of the worst dives of the season as West Ham struggled to find an equaliser before half time.
As the whistle for the break approached, the Ukrainian international was played through on goal but threw himself to the floor without being touched rather than try to go for goal.
BBC co-commentator Dion Dublin was the first to slam the West Ham attacker’s attempts to con the referee.
He said: “That’s embarrassing, that is totally embarrassing from Yarmolenko.
“No contact whatsoever. What are you doing?
“I’d be embarrassed if I watched my doing doing that… embarrassed.”
