Wales reveal their 26-man squad for Euro 2020, and there has been plenty to debate over the latest players to have been picked.
Rob Page, standing in for Ryan Giggs, has been in interim charge since November, and will manage the Dragons against Italy, Switzerland, and Turkey.
In the last few weeks, Page has been working with an EFL squad at the Vale Resort, before travelling to a warm-weather training camp in Portugal.
Euro 2016 heroes include the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Ben Davies, Chris Gunter Danny Ward, Gareth Bale, Joe Allen, and Jonny Williams, and they will be hopeful of playing in Wales’ second major tournament appearance since 1958.
There is now however a new set of players who are hoping to represent Wales in this summers showpiece event such as David Brooks, Ethan Ampadu, Harry Wilson, Joe Rodon and Neco Williams.
A notable exclusion from the squad was Hal Robson-Kanu. The 32-year-old, who was released by West Brom earlier this week, was not included and doesn’t look likely to feature, despite his heroics against Belgium in France.
Also missing from the squad was Dan James, who was involved in Manchester United’s Europa League final with Villarreal.
Ben Cabango and Connor Roberts were also busy with club duties as they took part in Swansea City’s 2-0 defeat to Brentford in the Championship playoff final.
Newport County’s Josh Sheehan and Tom King, who were in the last Wales squad were also unable to jet to the Iberian Peninsula as they are both involved in the Exiles’ League Two play-off final with Morecambe.
As mentioned, Wales reveal their 26-man squad for Euro 2020, find out who they went for below…

Robert Page’s squad have warm-up games against France (2 June) and Albania (5 June).

Fans reacted as Wales reveal their 26-man squad for Euro 2020…
@JoshCCFC: Good squad but vaulks would be perfect
@ftblmill: How’s smith, Colwill and Levitt got in but no Vaulks 😭😭
@LarsonEvans: absolutely beautiful squad!! love it 🏴🏴🏴
@scfctheo: Levitt over Vaulks and Colwill over Johnson is… interesting? But pretty happy overall
@EvsieEvans: Levitt over Vaulks is a strange one for me. Would’ve liked to see Hal in there for the experience too.
@Kop_NewsLFC: Well done lads @necowilliams01 @harrywilson_
@MatthewLCDavies: Good luck to all the lads. Tom Lawrence missing out is strange though. Especially at the expense of a player who’s played 6 times at senior club level…
@PureWafflePod: Tom Lawrence would offer nothing
@catrinedwards18: happy for colwill
@CiaranJT7: No Brennan Johnson but Colwill? Very strange decision but good luck to him and hope we can do great things
@MatthewLCDavies: Played a season in the premier league and scored goals when he got his chance…not deemed good enough. Shame.
@tyrese_davies: Please start Cabango/anyone over Mepham
@liam5jones: Rob page out
@helenmallam: Delighted for Gunter.
@jude_anstey: Well happy to see 6 of the Euro 2016 boys there. Not sure how Levitt is going ahead of others though.
@IAMSOUNDO: Give us the trophy now #joeyrodonsmagic
@JackArmy_: Colwill… No doubt he has high potential, but that pick has confused me. Congratulations to him of course, but I’m not sure a major tournament is the best time for a potential international debut
@routley_owain: Vaulks robbed man
@THFCWXLL: Joe Allen still balling out as per usual
@UnityMorgs: Disappointed for vaulks
@kn_1865: Brennan Johnson robbed
@_jbish0p: Josh Sheehan and Brennan Johnson should’ve got in
@adjenkins9: Other than no Vaulks can’t complain too much at that ❤️🏴
@murfilicious: So what’s Vaulks done…?
@CCFCFTW123: Give Page the job for life for putting Colwill in there
@AllThatRumpus: No Vaulks 🤦♂️
@RichLew82: Dylan Levitt and Ruben Colwill, but no Will Vaulks, what a joke.
@HMPG2000: Blood on your hands rob page
@mcfc_joshua: We’re gonna win it all
@andr_eeew: Johnson should be in. Just dont get why Levitt keeps being called up
