VIDEO: Tottenham and Bayern ‘fans’ brawl in streets after game – Spurs investigate Nazi salute claims

A video has emerged showing Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich fans fighting each other in the streets after the game yesterday.

As supporters who attended the game made their way home and waited to get the bus, brawling broke out in and around the cars stuck in traffic.

The drivers in their vehicles started beeping in the hope it would stop those from throwing punches, however it didn’t have any effect and instead kicks in the head could be seen.

There is said to have been a separate incident inside the stadium with one Spurs fan alleged to have made a Nazi salute towards the travelling German fans.

Tottenham have said they are to ban the culprit, who was identified after a fellow fan complained via anti-racist campaigners Kick It Out.

The yob was heard to have called them “Nazi c**ts” and could now face criminal prosecution.

A club spokesman said: “We have identified the individual involved and he will be issued with an immediate ban.

“We have also passed all information to the police so they can carry out their own investigation. Behaviour like this is completely unacceptable.”

A statement from Kick It Out read: “We can confirm we have received a report of a Tottenham Hotspur fan making Nazi salutes during their match against Bayern Munich on 1 October.

“As per protocol, we have contacted the club and the UKFPU.”

The incident took place in either block 112.

Tottenham conceded seven goals at home for the first time in their history as they lost 7-2 to Bayern.

After watching the video of the fighting in the streets of London, fans took to give their reaction, many slammed the culprits, others felt sorry for the guy with the crutches getting beaten up – see those comments on the next page.
