VIDEO: Non league player has pants pulled down by teammate during post-match interview

There were hilarious scenes over the weekend as a non league player has his pants pulled down by a teammate during a post-match interview.

Macauley Wilson, the captain of Bamber Bridge, is seen talking to the interviewer with a cameraman beside getting his reaction before jumping on what we can only assume is the team bus after his side fell to 4-2 defeat against South Shields in the Northern Premier League.

Teammate Paul Dawson looked to be causally walking past him, only to suddenly yank down his trousers and underwear, leaving Wilson red faced and covering his privates rather quickly as those on the bus burst out laughing.

The five-second clip is doing the rounds online, with it getting over 500,000 views and counting – check it out for yourself below…

MATCH REPORT:

South Shields got back to winning ways in comfortable fashion as they got the better of Bamber Bridge on an entertaining afternoon.

A stunning long-range goal by Mitch Rose put the Mariners ahead and the confidence was strong when Will McGowan got a second on 25 minutes.

Darius Osei made it 3-0 just after the hour mark and although Bamber Bridge pulled one back through a spot kick tucked away by Paul Dawson, South Shields soon extended their lead again when Sam Hodgson notched to seal the points.

Mark Yeates did produce a stoppage time consolation for the visitors, but the majority of the 2,173 crowd went home happy as Shields reduced Buxton’s lead at the top of the Northern Premier League to two points.
