Newcastle fans protest against Mike Ashley live on Saturday Night Takeaway, showing off their banner to millions tuning into the hit ITV show.
The surprising moment came as Ant and Dec crossed over to Andi Peters in New York, based in North Tyneside, for a competition.

It was spotted and quickly talked about, on social media site Twitter, by many Magpies supporters watching at home.
Whilst Andi explained he thought Ant and Dec were sending him to the Big Apple over in America, the residents of the small village made themselves seen outside a social club.
Right at the back however, a banner was lifted, it read ‘Sports Neglect…Give Us Our Club Back’, yet another dig from the fans towards their controversial owner and his company Sports Direct.
Earlier that day, the Steve Bruce’s side drew a dull 0-0 against Burnley, leaving the Toon five points ahead of the Premier League relegation zone.

It’ll make no difference. Ashley is here to stay unless people stop going to games. END OF STORY. But they wont. Because whilst they ‘love the club’ they won’t ruin their Saturday afternoon out.

Let’s stop giving him the satisfaction of knowing he’s got future revenue! Business relies on book value as well as profit. Ashley’s BV is shattered if people stop going to games, buying merchandise, etc. He wants profit, by not attending we will make a difference!
