A video has been uploaded to YouTube appearing to show a set of ‘fans’ trying to get to another bunch who were on a special service bus ride following a Championship match last night.
Luton Town took on Millwall and it was a fixture that many expected trouble, a large police presence turned up at the stadium and the train station.
It was also claimed on social media they were filming 24 Hours in Police Custody, a program shown on Channel 4.
After the game, both were giving one another grief and one moment saw yobs kick open the emergency exit door of a bus.
A police officer was forced to intervene, by getting in the way of the door so fans couldn’t get to each other, before it was done again moments later.
@PB1872 said on Twitter: Very nice of the lady police officer on the 3rd bus kindly laid on back to Luton station to blame the Millwall fans sat on the bus for it being attacked with rocks and assorted junk by Luton fans, calling us all unintelligent hooligans. PR course needed!
Crowds gathered after the game, but judging by the videos posted, they seemed to have majority of it under control, separating both groups before the situation died down and fans made their way home.
Inside the stadium, tempers didn’t over boil, however there was a bottle thrown from the stands towards Hatters goalkeeper Simon Sluga.

The game itself played out to a 1-1 draw, but it wasn’t until the 60th minute that the deadlock was finally broken.
Millwall’s Tom Bradshaw was on hand to turn home a rebound as Jed Wallace had his shot parried out.
Callum McManaman sent the home fans into a raptures from with his late equaliser in the 86th minute – the winger shifted his body superbly to finish for just his third goal in over 100 games and his first for Luton.
The result sees both sides remain level on points with 11 after 10 games played, Luton sit 17th and Millwall a place below in 18th.
