Manchester United YouTuber Mark Goldbridge has gone viral after he watched in despair at Phil Jones missing his penalty against Derby County in the Carabao Cup Third Round last night.
After 90 minutes were played and with extra time scrapped this season, it came down to a shootout which saw 15 successful penalties, goalkeeper Scott Carson saved Jones’ low effort to secure Frank Lampard’s side a place in the Fourth Round, winning 8-7.
Watching on was well known YouTuber Goldbridge, who was certainly left reeling after the penalty miss and demanded that Eric Bailly should have took it instead.

Just three minutes into the game, the Red Devils went ahead through Mata, who scored his first goal in nine months.
The next goal didn’t come until halfway through the second half as Harry Wilson levelled the scoreline with a sensational free-kick from 30 yards.

Minutes later, Sergio Romero was sent off for for handling outside the area before Jack Marriott’s header gave Derby the lead for the first time in the game.
Manchester United found a very late equaliser through Marouane Fellaini to take it to penalties.
15 perfect penalties followed until Jones missed his to send the Rams through to the next round and increase the pressure on Jose Mourinho.
