Leeds United fans took to troll Man Utd with a chant during the two sides’ under 23s game which also sees a stunning goal from Archie Gray.
The Whites put in a performance to remember in front of nearly 10,000 fans inside Elland Road on Tuesday night, as they ran out comfortable winners over their rivals.
Leeds were on top throughout in this Premier League 2 encounter and picked up an important three points, thanks to goals from Stuart McKinstry, Max Dean and a long-range stunner from Archie Gray who has just turned 16 years old.

Leeds started the game on the attack and nearly broke the deadlock inside the first 10 minutes. Firstly, McKinstry forced Ondrej Mastny into his first save of the night, then Sam Greenwood over hit an effort when well placed.
It was two minutes later before Andy Taylor’s side did open the scoring, and it came after Crysencio Summerville and Sam Greenwood both saw shots palmed away. McKinstry was alert and finished brilliantly into the bottom corner to make it 1-0.
Just five minutes later, Summerville tried a clever chip over Mastny but his effort dropped just wide of the post.
And Dean had two chances to extend the lead but couldn’t find the back of the net, one placed wide and the other forcing another good save.

It was Man Utd who had the best chance early in the second half. Klaesson produced another brilliant save to deny Shola Shoretire at close range, and then the points were all but sealed for the home side.
Shortly after coming off the bench, Archie Gray pressed the defence of the visitors and won the ball back, Greenwood picked it up and squared for Dean to strike a composed finish into the bottom corner, making it 2-0.

It wasn’t too long before Leeds got their third, helped by being in full control and helped on by the crowd.
A similar combination to the second but on this occasion it it was Dean with the pressing and he forced a mistake from Mastny in the Manchester United goal.
Gray was the beneficiary, picking the ball up 40 yards from goal and unleashing a long-range strike which found the back of the net, making it 3-0 and steal the headlines in the process.
The 16-year-old Archie Gray forced an international footballer into giving up possession in his own half and his efforts was praised by Andrea Radrizzani who tweeted “The future is bright …another Gray in the house”

The night was made more miserable for Man Utd fans as Leeds fans chanted taunts to their rivals, while the Red Devils’ first team were knocked out of the Champions League before throwing bottles and a pie at Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone. See that HERE.

__m_i_c_k_o__: Just under 10k for a Tuesday U23s game. 👏
@LeedsMatchWorn: All I keep thinking is… his younger brother Harry (U13s) is regarded as “the one” within the academy, and with Archie doing stuff like this – that pretty terrifying!
@BFPykie: Scored 8 on the weekend apparently. I’ve heard mentioned from some people ITK at other clubs he’s considered close to the best prospect in the world in his age group.
@AnauseM: Man United and taking L 🤝
@Cheekychappie5: Wow wow wow

@markydh: The composure he has is ridiculous given he’s only just turned 16. First time seeing him in the flesh and he floats round the midfield.
