Footage from 2017 has resurfaced on social media showing a West Ham fan racially abusing Tottenham’s Son Heung-min.
The South Korean forward can be seen parking his car to sign an autograph for a fan, though another person in a separate car nearby waits for the chance to shout the abuse to him.
Son is asked by the man that identifies himself as a West Ham fan if he “does DVDs” – a stereotype that Asian people sell pirate DVDs.

The man in the video says: “Alright mate, all the best, can you get us a new copy of the new Planet Of The Apes film?
“DVDs, you do DVDs, good copies.”
The Spurs player tries to make out what he is saying, before trying to laugh it off and then winds his window up and driving away.
As he does so, the man quickly adds: “Yeh, I’m West Ham you wanker.”
A Tottenham statement read: “Racist behaviour is completely unacceptable and we hope that the individual is identified to the authorities and the necessary action taken.”
A West Ham United spokesperson added: “West Ham United have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of discrimination and unreservedly condemn the actions of the individual in this video.
“Anyone behaving in this manner is not representative of our club and its values, and anybody who witnesses discrimination or abuse such as this at West Ham are urged to contact us in confidence at supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk.”
The clip has been re-posted just a week after West Ham United have given a lifetime ban to a fan who was caught on video telling away section “At least he’s fucking white”.
The incident, which happened at the start of last season, surfaced on social media this week showing a Hammers supporter defend the man being goaded by shouting in the direction of the away fans.
The club says it was made aware of “disgusting” footage of a fan making racist remarks.
