Bristol Rovers have recently issued a warning along with rivals Bristol City after the Robins fans vandalised the Memorial Stadium over the weekend.
Photos and videos were uploaded by ukfirmsvids’ Instagram account and other social media pages showing grafitti reading “CSF For sale the Mem… again” on the entrance to the North Terrace.
Other sprayed on words by Bristol City fans read “OTIB” (meaning one team in Bristol) and CSF (the City Service Firm).

There were also videos uploaded showing what the City fans had done…
In a statement, Bristol Rovers wrote: “We are aware of the posts on social media and will be looking into it over the coming days.
“Criminal damage of this nature is not acceptable and will be reported to the authorities if proven.
“We’d like to remind our supporters that Rovers are a family club and we would not tolerate any form of retaliation.”

Bristol City also said: “Bristol City Football Club are appalled to hear a minority of so-called City supporters have defaced the Memorial Stadium.
“We do not condone this kind of behaviour and it is disappointing to see the good name of the majority of Bristol City supporters being dragged down by such mindless acts of vandalism.
“We will assist Bristol Rovers and the police with any investigation that follows.”
