• Leeds United are interested in signing the highly rated Wigan winger Sean McGurk. The player has been linked with a move to Tottenham as well and Football Insider claims that the whites are now looking to beat the Londoners to the winger’s signature.

• LASK offensive player Dominik Frieser is set to  join Gerhard Struber’s Barnsley The 26-year-old is expected for a medical check-up in England on Wednesday. Frieser is said to be signing a two-year contract with the Tykes with an option for another.

• The Daily Mail is reporting that Fulham are on the brink of signing Antonee Robinson from Wigan, for around £1.9m, after agreeing to pay him £45,000 a week.

• West Brom. Likely to send striker Morton out to Lincoln. Appleton links working there. Again. (Alan Nixon)

• DERBY. Need a striker to replace the departed Chris Martin. Josh Magennis is high up on the shortlist. (David Smith)

• Bolton. Looking into a surprise move for Charlie Adam. Played with Ian Evatt at Blackpool. Available. (Alan Nixon)

• Norwich City are set to sign Villarreal left-back Xavi Quintilla on loan after securing Oliver Skipp from Tottenham.

• Peterborough United striker Ivan Toney could be on his way to Brentford, with a £10m deal agreed, according to reports. The 24-year-old is a man in demand this summer after firing 26 goals for League One side Posh during the 2019-20 season.

• Reports have emerged on Monday afternoon that Swansea City have submitted a bid for Wigan winger, Jamal Lowe. The Latics have already rejected two bids for Lowe – because they would have left the club out of pocket, with Wigan needing to pay his former club Portsmouth £750,000 in unpaid transfer fees.

• Nottingham Forest are believed to have entered the race to sign Burnley defender Ben Gibson, amid interest from Middlesbrough and Norwich. It is suggested that a swap deal with Joe Worrall could take place. (The Sun)

• Sheffield Wednesday are said to have taken a step back in their approach for Manchester City forward Keke Simmonds, with the player’s wage demands said to have stalled progress on a potential deal. (Football League World)

• Barnsley are said to have had a bid in the region of £400k turned down for Colorado Rapids winger Jonathan Lewis. The 23-year-old has six senior caps for the USA, and began his pro career at Bradford City. (Football Insider)

• Leeds United have been named favourites to sign Liverpool winger Harry Wilson, amid reports linking the Wales international with a move to Elland Road. He starred for now-Championship side Bournemouth on loan last season. (Sky Bet)

• Lincoln target Alex Palmer could be granted another loan move away from West Brom this coming summer – once Albion have resolved their own goalkeeping department in the transfer window.

• Ex-Portsmouth midfielder Adam May, is currently at Bristol Rovers on trial. The 21 year old featured in the Gas’ second friendly game of the season on Saturday, a 2-1 win over Exeter City at the Memorial Ground.

• MK Dons number two Luke Williams believes several key transfer targets could be signed this summer. He told the MK Citizen: “There is a lot of work being done, but these deals are not simple. There are a lot of different factors that go on in these things. When you’re chasing good players, others are trying to do the same. We’re right at the front of the queue with a lot of guys and there will be people coming in for sure.”

• Ex-Bristol Rovers striker Tom Nichols is currently on trial at League One new boys Swindon Town. The 26-year-old left the Mem this summer after scoring just nine times in 117 games for the Gas. Nichols had been due to join Cheshire side Macclesfield Town, but that move now appears to be off following the Silkmen’s relegation to the National League.

• According to the Daily Mail’s Simon Jones, Fulham have “identified” 20-year-old Portuguese midfielder Florentino Luis as a player who could strengthen the Cottagers midfield. Leeds are also interested in the Portugal Under-21 international.

• Manchester United and Wales defender Oliver Denham, 18, has been training with Cardiff City ahead of potential move, according to reports.

• Rangers midfielder Greg Docherty is poised to complete a move to Hull City after agreeing personal terms on a switch to the League One outfit.

• Dundee United are still hopeful of signing Ipswich Town striker James Norwood on loan this summer, according to reports in Scotland.

• Sheffield Wednesday ‘won’t’ let Jordan Rhodes leave for Ipswich Town, according to journalist Alan Nixon. The Tractor Boys are interested in bringing the striker back to Portman Road He still has a year left on his contract at Hillsborough.

• Swindon Town are one of the clubs chasing Celtic’s young star Jack Aitchison, according to reports. The 20-year-old was on loan at Forest Green last season and is likely to head back to an EFL club in 2020/21 to continue his development. Barrow and Harrogate also want him.

• Lee Bowyer is trying his best to tie down right-back Adam Matthews who performed brilliantly for Charlton last season despite relegation.

• Everton have asked about Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure. The 27-year old saw a proposed £30m move to Goodison Park fall through a year go and is open to leaving Vicarage Road this summer. (Mail)

• Sunderland are interested in making a move for 21 year old defender Morgan Feeney, who left Premier League side Everton this summer.

• Bolton Wanderers are looking for another left-back this summer, as per a report by the Bolton News. The Trotters have opted against keeping Joe Bunney, having had him on trial recently.

• Brighton’s Jayson Molumby has boosted hopes he could be set for a Millwall return – after spelling out he wants first-team football next season.

• Sunderland’s League One rivals Shrewsbury Town are no longer interested in making a move for striker Will Grigg. Black Cats are willing to listen to offers for Grigg, who is valued at £1.08m by Transfermarkt. Have received a number of inquiries about the Northern Ireland international but no bids.

• Coventry City target Jonathan Panzo is set to remain in Ligue 1 and move to Dijon from AS Monaco.
