Lincoln City and Salford City are eyeing moves for Mansfield Town captain and defender Krystian Pearce.

West Bromwich Albion linked winger, Matheus Pereira, has been cut from Sporting Lisbon‘s squad, Record reports.

Glenn Whelan, has rejected a move to Cyprus amid interest from a trio of Championship clubs, Cardiff City, Blackburn Rovers and Charlton Athletic, according to the Irish Sun.

Nottingham Forest have reportedly reignited their interest in ex-Hull City striker Abel Hernandez.

– Charlie Adam is hoping to sign for a new club within next week after leaving Stoke City at the end of last season. He turned out for Blackburn recently, scoring two against Macclesfield, though thought not likely to join them. Blackpool fans wishing for him to return. Speaking on talkSPORT, he said: “There’s a few things in the pipeline and I’m hoping in the next week or so that something will be tied up. It’s a strange situation for me being out of contract but at this time it’s important that I sit down with the family and make sure I make the right decision. There’s a few clubs interested and we will weigh everything up.”

Sevilla are interested in signing Reading winger Modou Barrow, Spanish outlet El Gol Digital have reported.
