RB Leipzig have made clear they expect Leeds United to now pay €21m for Jean-Kevin Augustin.

Reading are in talks with Shrewsbury’s Josh Laurent over a potential move to the Madejski Stadium, but they are facing competition from Stoke City and Middlesbrough for the soon-to-be free agent.

Liverpool midfielder James Milner is unlikely to return to Leeds United this summer.

Leeds United are keen on young Liverpool defender Yasser Larouci.

– Bristol City, Luton Town and Oxford United are keen on signing departing Cardiff City defender Jazz Richards.

– Sheffield United are closing in on a £3.5m deal for Reading midfielder John Swift, who joined from Chelsea on a free transfer in 2016 and has been one of Reading’s most influential players in recent seasons.

– Middlesbrough are said to have set a £5m asking price for versatile midfielder Paddy McNair, as the likes of Stoke step up their interest in the ex-Manchester United starlet. (Belfast Telegraph)

– Leeds United are said to be eyeing Angus Gunn as a potential successor to Kiko Casilla, with Southampton ready to cut their losses and sell the ‘keeper they signed for £13.5m from Man City in 2018. (The Athletic)

– Hull City and Wycombe Wanderers are reportedly interested in signing former Doncaster Rovers winger Kieran Sadlier

– Celtic and Leeds United had serious interest in young midfielder Alfie Devine, but Tottenham Hotspur have beaten them off to land the player, according to The Athletic.

– QPR are believed to have escalated their interest in Wigan Athletic striker Kieffer Moore, with reports suggesting the Hoops have offered around £2m for the 27-year-old. (The Sun)

– Tranmere Rovers are reportedly closing in on the signing of former Peterborough United midfielder Alex Woodyard.

– Barrow AFC are reportedly interested in re-signing Blackburn Rovers defender Matty Platt.

– Fulham are considering a €25m (£22.5m) bid from La Liga club Villarreal for on-loan midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa.

– Departing Everton defender Matty Foulds is a target for several League One and Two sides but Plymouth Argyle are currently the favourites to sign him. Barrow and Mansfield also want him.

– LEEDS. Looking at Aleksandar Mitrovic for next season. Bielsa is a big fan. Dependent on Fulham staying down. One to watch. (David Smith)

– A deal has been reached between Linfield and Oxford United for the transfer of winger Joel Cooper to the League One side, BBC Sport understands. The 24-year-old and his representatives have yet to agree personal terms for the switch. Cooper has scored 13 goals this season for Linfield and provided 17 assists.

– Rotherham United are in advanced talks to re-sign Bristol City winger Hakeeb Adelakun.

– Swindon Town are ‘still into’ recently released Norwich City winger Diallang Jaiyesimi, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

– Sunderland are set to press ahead with a move for Bailey Wright, on loan from Bristol City, this week, despite the club parting company on Friday with two key members of its recruitment staff.

– Preston North End veteran Paul Gallagher has revealed he’s eager to remain at Deepdale and sign a new deal, claiming he can still cut the mustard despite his advancing footballing years. (LEP)

– Sean Raggett has revealed he would consider a permanent Fratton Park stay, now that his contract with Norwich has expired.

– Ipswich Town are yet to receive any offers for prized-asset Flynn Downes this summer. West Ham, Crystal Palace and Arsenal among those who were eyeing the 21-year-old within the last year. Palace were linked at the weekend, with a report stating the Blues’ asking price to be in the region of £4million, but sources close to the club insists owner Marcus Evans values him significantly higher than that.

– Goalkeeper Jonathan Bond is being eyed up by three Championship sides in Bristol City, Swansea City and Blackburn Rovers ahead of a potential summer switch.

– Coventry City have been dealt a blow in their hopes of signing Monaco defender Jonathan Panzo, according to Coventry Telegraph.

– Portsmouth and Sunderland have been linked with a bizarre move for former Reading and Cardiff City striker Adam Le Fondre. The 33-year-old is currently playing in Australia with Sydney FC, where he is currently top of the scoring charts with 18 goals in 21 games for the table toppers.

– Both Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly enquired about Wigan Athletic striker Sean McGurk, with the 17-year-old on the radar of the two clubs.

– West Brom target Antonee Robinson was watched by West Ham United boss David Moyes on Saturday, according to the Birmingham Mail. Leicester also keen.

– Huddersfield Town are poised to sell striker Karlan Grant after receiving a £15million offer for the player from another Championship club, according to the Yorkshire Post.

– Swansea City are keen on re-signing Newcastle United goalkeeper Freddie Woodman on loan again for next season, as per a report by Wales Online.

– QPR star Bright Osayi Samuel is set for a medical at Belgian side Club Brugge, after the two sides agreed on a £4.75m fee, according to the Daily Mail. There was also reported interest in Samuel from West Brom, but Brugge acted quickly to secure the 22-year-old’s signature.

– Lee Bowyer says Charlton Athletic are unable to offer new contracts to senior players because they are under an embargo.(via @RichCawleySLP)

– Aiden McGeady, on loan from Sunderland, could be facing an uncertain future after Lee Bowyer revealed that Charlton Athletic are still under a transfer embargo.

– Bolton Wanderers are interested in signing 23 year old Sheffield United goalkeeper Jake Eastwood on loan.

– Millwall boss Gary Rowett has revealed that the club have already made progress in pursuing summer transfer targets, with “one or two” deals currently in the pipeline. (South London Press)

– Rowett has revealed that Republic of Ireland international Aiden O’Brien will officially leave the club when the season ends on Wednesday.
