• West Brom boss Slaven Bilic has confirmed Huddersfield’s Karlan Grant and Leicester’s Islam Slimani are “on our list” as the Baggies continue to search for a new forward.

• Sheffield United are being linked with a move for AFC Bournemouth defender Diego Rico, according to The Sun.

• Brentford star Said Benrahma is not a player that Crystal Palace are currently targeting, with Roy Hodgson all-but ruling out a move for the Algerian.

• According to the Daily Mail, the Hammers have moved on from Burnley’s James Tarkowski after being priced out of a move for him and are continuing in their pursuit of a new centre-back, Craig Dawson, who suffered relegation to the Championship last season with Watford.

• Queens Park Rangers are planning on sending Liam Kelly or Joe Lumley out on loan in the final part of this transfer window with Seny Dieng set to be given a run in the side, as per West London Sport.

• Manchester United only want Watford winger Ismaila Sarr on a loan deal, as per a report by the Express.

• According to Wayne Veysey and Football Insider, EFL trio Portsmouth, Swindon Town and Gillingham are all looking to make a move for Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Bogusz who has been made available for loan by the Whites.

• According to Footmercato, reported Derby County and Swansea City target Samuel Grandsir is on his way to Spanish side Real Valladolid from AS Monaco.

• According to Mike McGrath of the Telegraph, Patrick Roberts is ‘set to sign’ for Middlesbrough on a season-long loan.

• Josh King missed Bournemouth’s win against Coventry with a ‘migraine headache’ amid speculation over his future.

• Swansea City are interested in signing Corey Blackett-Taylor who starred so impressively for Tranmere Rovers last season. Taylor is primarily an attacking winger who is being monitored closely by Millwall, Celtic and Nottingham Forest.

• Swansea are being linked with Tottenham’s Cameron Carter-Vickers, he is now available but a string of other clubs (Luton and Bournemouth) are also interested.

• Derby County, Queens Park Rangers and Bournemouth have been handed a boost, with Chris Willock hoping to secure a return to English football from Portuguese giants Benfica, according to West London Sport.

• Derby County are keen to sign promotion specialist Charlie Austin from Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion, according to the Express and Star.

• According to Mike McGrath of the Telegraph, Patrick Roberts is ‘set to sign’ for Middlesbrough on a season-long loan.

• Nottingham Forest midfielder Tiago Silva is closing in on a move to Olympiacos, with the 27-year-old flying into Greece to complete his transfer.

• Sunderland are keen to sign free agent Ali Koiki after the youngster rejected the chance to sign a new contract at Premier League Burnley, according to The Chronicle.

• Ipswich boss Paul Lambert has played down the chances of the Blues bringing in another striker as cover from James Norwood, who is set to miss at least six weeks having sustained a torn hamstring in training earlier in the week.

• Southend United remain confident of bringing in another midfielder. The Shrimpers have been in talks with a target, who is believed to be with another League Two club and can also play out wide.
