• Valencia are negotiating a potential double loan deal with Watford for midfielder Etienne Capoue and striker Luis Suarez.
• Newport County are leading the chase for exciting Bristol City defender Bradley Webb, TEAMtalk understands. The 19-year-old is highly regarded at Ashton Gate, where he is currently part of the Under-23s squad.
• Derby County, MLS outfit FC Cincinnati and Belgian side Zulte Waregem are chasing former Peterborough star Marcus Maddison on a free transfer.
• Jonson Clarke-Harris is reported to be on the verge of joining Peterborough United from Bristol Rovers in a deal worth £1.25million plus add-ons.
• Bournemouth and Wales winger David Brooks, 23, has been made available for transfer and is a possible alternative for Manchester United if they do not want to pay £108m for Sancho. (Express)
• According to Simon Jones of the Mail Online, Bournemouth striker Josh King is a wanted man and is being tracked by a trio of Serie A clubs after the Cherries relegation from the Premier League. Though he’s expected to turn down Italy for top flight football in England.
• Fulham are interested in signing Derby County full-back Jayden Bogle, according to reports. The young right back is Scott Parker’s number one target to strengthen their defence before their return to the Premier League next month.
• Fulham are set to make a £10 million player-plus-cash deal to sign Nottingham Forest right-back Matty Cash, according to the Telegraph.
• Nottingham Forest are hopeful of signing Luke Freeman on loan from Sheffield United, according to journalist Alan Nixon. He only joined the Blades last year but made just 16 appearances for Chris Wilder’s side last season, 11 of which came in the Premier League. Now the 28 year old could go out on loan.
• Stoke City look set to cut their losses on £14m flop midfielder Badou Ndiaye, with a bid in the region of £1.7m likely to be enough for Turkish giants Besiktas to land their key target. (Sport Witness)
• Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County are among a host of Championship sides to be credited with an interest in Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter. The player is set for his fifth season out on loan from the Blues. (Goal)
• Brentford striker Ollie Watkins will not be joining Leeds United this summer, with the Whites pushing all their focus onto Valencia man Rodrigo.
• QPR are set to make an offer for Oxford United defender Rob Dickie. Brentford, Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Leeds United, Newcastle, West Brom, Aston Villa, Burnley and Southampton have been linked.
• Bristol City have ruled themselves out of the running for Burnley defender Ben Gibson. The report also ruled out a move for Fulham defender Alfie Mawson and free agent Daniel Ayala, who left Middlesbrough this summer.
• David Nugent could be on the move again this summer with Preston are willing to listen to offers, according to the Lancashire Evening Post.
• Newcastle United have made a £4 million bid to sign Dimitris Giannoulis and are leading Watford for the signature of the PAOK defender, according to the Shields Gazette.
• Millwall are interested in signing Mason Bennett from Derby County alongside Scott Malone, with the Rams eager to get the former off the books permanently this summer.
• According to Milan News, AC Milan ‘want to keep’ 33-year-old Bournemouth keeper Asmir Begović as a backup for Gianluigi Donnarumma.
• Swansea City are interested on signing Blackburn Rovers defender Derrick Williams this summer transfer window, according to the Lancashire Telegraph.
• Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday and Stoke City have registered their interest in signing Newcastle United winger Jacob Murphy on loan according to Football Insider.
