• Sheffield United are plotting to sign English goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, 22, after Bournemouth’s relegation from the Premier League.

• Ben Chilwell plans to tell Leicester this week that he wants to quit for Chelsea, where Frank Lampard is ready to make him his first choice left-back. (Source: Daily Mirror)

• Roma forward Patrik Schick is a top target for Newcastle this summer, while Steve Bruce is also keen on Sheffield United’s Chris Basham and Norwich’s Todd Cantwell. (Daily Mail)

• Leeds United are reportedly set to make a £15million bid to sign Tottenham Hotspur defender Juan Foyth this summer.

• Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham United are showing interest in Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez, it has been claimed in Italy.

• West Ham have stepped up their pursuit of Eberechi Eze, with David Moyes determined to win the race to sign the Queens Park Rangers forward. QPR are holding out for as much as £20m for Eze, who is also attracting interest from Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Newcastle and West Bromwich Albion.

• Real Betis are keen on landing Leeds United target Lucas Martinez Quarta from River Plate.

• Wolverhampton Wanderers will make reported Sunderland target Matija Sarkic available for loan this summer. The Black Cats are also reportedly interested in signing two free-agent strikers this summer. Blackburn Rovers’ Danny Graham and A-League top scorer Adam Le Fondre have both been linked. (Various)

• Recently relegated Watford look set to lose Danny Welbeck this summer, with the ex-Manchester United man being tipped for a shock move to long-term admirers Besiktas. (Fotomac)

• Middlesbrough are interested in bringing £15 million Burnley misfit Ben Gibson back to the Riverside. As the Northern Echo report, Gibson has fallen out with Sean Dyche at Burnley and, unless the costs prove prohibitive, there is a genuine interest in offering a £15 million, £40,000-a-week defender the chance to rebuild his reputation back home.

• Philippe Coutinho has reportedly requested that Arsenal give him more time to consider his future, as he begins to weigh up a return to the Premier League.

• Leeds United are rumoured to be plotting a move for Girona’s veteran striker Cristhian Stuani. The veteran Uruguay international has scored 69 goals in 103 games for the Spanish side. (90min)

• Sheffield United have missed out on AEK Athens goalkeeper Vassilis Barkas to Celtic, who is set to move to Glasgow in a £5m deal. (Sportime via HITC)

• Borussia Dortmund asking Manchester United to pay £110m for Jadon Sancho. That’s 11 times what they bought him for 3 years ago. United not willing to pay over the odds in current climate. Only 2 years left on his contract. No other clubs have officially contacted Dortmund yet.

• Watford are being linked with a move for Union Berlin striker Sebastian Andersson, as per German news outlet B.Z. Berlin.

• James Garner is set to be a man in demand next season should Manchester United decide to loan out the Englishman for the 2020/21 campaign. Swansea City, Cardiff City, Sheffield Wednesday and Doncaster Rovers are linked with him.

• Tottenham are working on deals to send Oliver Skipp and Troy Parrott out on loan in order to further their development. Fulham are favourites to land Skipp (Reading, Nottingham Forest, Burnley and Southampton also keen) – while Millwall lead the race for Parrott. (Source: Standard)

• Brighton’s Ben White has cast doubt on his future after thanking Leeds United for “the most incredible season” in what could be a farewell message.

• Leeds United are in the running to sign Florentino Luis from Benfica, according to Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb. The midfielder was linked with the Whites in June, with a return to the Premier League boosting their chances.

• Dani Ceballos is close to sealing another loan spell with Arsenal, according to a report in Spain.

• Leeds United are said to have taken “concrete steps” in the race to sign Gent’s €35m-rated star Jonathan David, but the player is still said to prefer the idea of a move to France. (Daily Telegraph)

• Roma are struggling to meet Manchester United’s valuation of Chris Smalling. United want £18.2m for the 30-year-old defender, however, Roma are standing firm and have said they will not spend more than £16.3m. (Source: Calcio Mercato)

• Serie A giants Napoli are waiting for an official bid to arrive from Everton for Brazilian midfielder Allan.

• QPR want Jordan Hugill back next season and would like him to be included in any deal West Ham make for Eberechi Eze.

• Crystal Palace are set to listen to offers for forward Wilfried Zaha this summer, with Everton expected to make a bid. (Daily Mirror)

• Jack Grealish fears he could be priced out of a move to Manchester United. The 24-year-old is said to be concerned after Aston Villa revealed they would not accept less than £80m for their captain. (Source: Sun Sport)

• Chelsea have not made any contact for Manchester United’s Dean Henderson, a source has told Sport Witness.

• Bournemouth could be forced to accept a cut-price fee for star man Nathan Ake after it emerged the central defender does not have a relegation clause in his contract. Man City most likely destination right now.

• Crystal Palace will consider putting Ryan Fraser on their list of summer targets following his departure from Bournemouth.

• Arsenal have suffered a blow in their pursuit of Dayot Upamecano with reports claiming the Frenchman has agreed to extend his contract at RB Leipzig.

• Leeds have joined the growing list of clubs interested in prising wantaway Nicolas Gonzalez away from Stuttgart.

• Greek defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos, 32, is not part of Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta’s plans. (Football London)
