A move to West Ham for Pape Cheikh is considered to be complicated and Celta Vigo are talking with an unnamed Championship club.

Hearts defender Christophe Berra has been offered the chance to return to England with Salford City.

– According to Football Insider, Derby County are weighing up a move for Northampton Town goalkeeper David Cornell alongside Blackburn Rovers and Ipswich Town.

Bristol Rovers are eying a move for Portsmouth defender Brandon Haunstrup as reported by the Daily Mail. His contract ends in the summer.

Portsmouth‘s Adam May is currently on trial at Crawley Town. The midfielder’s hoping to impress Reds boss John Yems and earn a loan switch to the League Two side for the rest of the campaign. Most recently had a frustrating loan spell with Swindon.

Hibernian defender Adam Jackson has suggested he has not read into the reported interest from Bolton Wanderers in his most recent interview with the Edinburgh Evening News.

– Former Sunderland striker James Vaughan is set for a shock move from Bradford City to League One with Tranmere Rovers, according to reports.

Bradford City could move out Eoin Doyle before the end of the January transfer window, with the club then planning to bolster Gary Bowyer’s side with fresh faces before Friday’s 11pm deadline.

– Scott Hogan, who is on loan at Stoke from Aston Villa, is set to sign on-loan with Birmingham City for the rest of the season, according to reports.

Gillingham are trying to sign Wolves winger Jordan Graham on loan, according to The Sun journalist Alan Nixon.

– Nigel Clough still hopes to add a striker to the Burton Albion squad before the transfer window closes on Friday.

– Corrie Ndaba has become the latest Ipswich Town player to link up with promotion-chasing Scottish Championship club Ayr United.
