Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder has revealed to The Chronicle that Billy Sharp turned down a move to Sunderland in the summer transfer window.

Bristol City assistant manager Jamie McAllister has told the Bristol Post that Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Stephen Henderson won’t be signing for the club.

Sky Bet have installed Stoke City as surprise 4/1 favourites, alongside Aston Villa, to sign Martin Odegaard. Derby also interested.

Middlesbrough have identified Harold Moukoudi as the man to fill Ben Gibson’s boots at the Riverside Stadium, according to the Sun.
