Sheyi Ojo is expected to leave Liverpool on loan this month with a number of Championship clubs, including Leeds United, Aston Villa, West Brom and Nottingham Forest all understood to be interested.

The Birmingham Mail report that Diego Fabbrini is training alone after being told that he is not part of Garry Monk’s plans for the 2018/19 season. The midfielder is understandably desperate to secure a move away from Birmingham City in August.

Nottingham Post reports that Nottingham Forest would consider letting Joe Worrall leave on loan in an attempt to secure more regular game time.

Blackburn Rovers have offered £6 million to sign the Nottingham Forest forward Ben Brereton in a loan-to-buy deal, according to the Sun. But the newspaper claims the two clubs remain far apart in their valuations of the England youth international, for whom Forest are understood to want £12 million.

Middlesbrough are hoping to complete a £10m deal to sign Le Havre defender Harold Moukoudi in the January transfer window, according to the Sun.

Leeds United has reportedly showed an interest in signing the Iran international defender Morteza Pouraliganji. He most recently played for Qatar’s Al Sadd and played every minute of the 2018 World Cup campaign.

Nottingham Forest currently have no plans to launch a bid to bring Cardiff‘s Lee Tomlin back to the City Ground, says Aitor Karanka.

– Despite interest from Empoli, it looks as though Birkir Bjarnason will be remaining at Aston Villa this summer.

Coventry City are set to seal the loan signing of Derby County prospect Luke Thomas, according to reports. The 19-year-old former Cheltenham Town winger, who has so far made two substitute appearances for the Rams in the Championship, is poised to complete a switch to the Sky Blues, according to GloucestershireLive.

Galatasaray have had their loan offer for Badou Ndiaye accepted by Stoke City according to the Fanatik. Per the source, the Lions have however, yet to agree personal terms with the Senegal international.

Bristol City target Graham Shinnie looks set to stay in Scotland with Aberdeen for the time being, as manager Derek McInnes insists he is confident the skipper will sign a new deal.

Stoke City are reportedly considering a loan move for Leicester City right-back Danny Simpson. The title winner is one player that Claude Puel is willing to let go as the Foxes trim their squad, report the Telegraph.

Charlton Athletic are interested in a loan deal for Arsenal defender Krystian Bielik, according to the Evening Standard.

Sunderland have declined Lee Cattermole’s proposed move to Bordeaux, according to a French journalist.

DEALS:

Queens Park Rangers have signed Spanish full-back Angel Rangel on a five-month deal following his release by Swansea.

– Nick Blackman has left Championship club Derby County to join Spanish second-tier side Sporting Gijon on a season-long loan deal.

– Scottish Premiership side Rangers have loaned midfielder Jamie Barjonas to Bury until January 2019.

– League One club Rochdale have agreed a loan deal until January for Fulham goalkeeper Magnus Norman. The 21-year-old has yet to make a senior appearance for the Cottagers, but did feature twice for the under-21s in last season’s Checkatrade Trophy.

Manchester United have loaned goalkeeper Kieran O’Hara to Macclesfield Town for the rest of the season.

Birmingham City have signed Solihull Moors academy player Danny Lupano. The 17-year-old, originally from Belgium, went to Blues from Moors’ Academy team at the end of last season.

Harlow Town have announced the double signing of defender JJ Da Cruz from Barking and Josh Bexon from Southend United.

Bromsgrove Sporting have announced the acquisition of Walsall striker Cameron Peters on a three-month loan.
