The best comeback in football history? Team lead 7-2 with 30 minutes left before losing 9-8

A result from the FA Youth Cup has gone viral overnight with some calling it the best comeback in football history.

Nuneaton Borough were 7-2 up with 30 minutes left to play, but Halesowen Town managed to turn the game around to win 9-8.

Halesowen were losing 4-1 at half time, the scoreline was at 7-2 just before the hour mark and was 8-6 down after 85 minutes.

But the away side did the unthinkable by scoring three dramatic goals in the space of 10 minutes.
