Two of those have never ever been to both old and new, but also listed that AFC Bournemouth and Newcastle United have visited the new one but only in an away match against Tottenham, rather than it being a neutral venue.

8) ACCRINGTON STANLEY*
The closest Accrington got to Wembley was when they lost the League Two playoff semi finals in the 2010/11 and 2015/16 seasons.
7) BLACKBURN ROVERS
Blackburn won the League Cup in 2001/2002 season, but at the time, Wembley was getting renovated.

5) CRAWLEY TOWN*
Crawley have reached the Quarter Finals of the FA Trophy (2007/08) and area quarter-finals of the Checkatrade Trophy (2014/15). Probably as close as they’ve got to making a Wembley final.

4) IPSWICH TOWN
Ever since Wembley was built, the club have been stuck in the Championship but could be about to change at they might be on their way down to League One soon. The closest they have got to Wembley is when the playoffs, they lost in two semi finals though (three but final of 2003/04 final at Millennium Stadium). They also played Arsenal in a League Cup semi final but lost 3-1 on aggregate despite winning first leg 1-0.
3) NOTTINGHAM FOREST
Nottingham Forest have come close to getting to Wembley on numerous occasions. The Reds currently sit in the Championship playoffs, which they have lost in three semi finals. (2006/07 League One, 2009/10 & 2010/11 Championship seasons)
2) OLDHAM ATHLETIC
Oldham, like others in this article are hoping to secure a playoff place come the end of the 2018/19 season. They did just that in the 2006/07 League One season but lost to Blackpool in the semis.
1) PORT VALE
Port Vale won the Football League Trophy in 2001 but there was no Wembley so like all finals at that time was played at the Millennium Stadium. The club currently sit just one point outside the playoffs.
